I don't think this is the official design or anywhere near it.I think so because:
1-The increase in size from the iphone 4s to the 5 only increased the height of the screen but not the width.
2-I don't think it would be this thin because that would compromised battery life(or iOS 8,A8,M8 are all battery efficient).
3-The official size might be 4.5 because 4.7 might be too tall and that would be more inline with the jump from 3.5 to 4.5.
4-The chamfer edges and a rectangular design will be more stylish but the rumored design might work if it is more polished.
5-The camera will more likely not be bulging out and the ture tone flash will return.
6-The antenna break will more likely be hidden from view of the user.
The new screen size(if there is one) will be only taller(4.3,4.5,4.7) and maybe slightly wider.I don't think apple is bold enough to do a whole new design...yet.
