brainless sammy fanboys comparing samsungs4/s5 to iphone6 that you never touch the new iphone yet? WTF! wait for the reviews, dont just relay on the specs that you have seen.. haha! when they officially release this new iphone, it will blow your mind!

dual core yes, enough processing power for a phone given that apps also have to be developed to take advantage of multiple cores.
however i dont know what ur requirements are. Perhaps u want to run a server on the next iPhone with the processing power you expect.
also camera chip isnt the only component in a camera. Theres the lens,too. So lets not jump the gun..

INTRO
The iphone 6, on paper, does appear to be an incremental update to the 5S, although I could almost bet money that its processor will be fast enough for the next flagship (what will make the phone future proof), other aspects such as the battery (only an (unofficial) 1850mAh) simply can't cut it with a premium handset.
SCREEN
A better protected screen is a good move, but I can't help think that the money on materials and research could've been invested in other places such as
- Better design (based on iphone dummies, none of them made me blink twice)
- Better battery
- Improving Itunes further (music and film streaming, maybe still a posibility)?
- Is Gorilla glass that bad?
The screen size has concerned me as well. 720p may have to be stretched out, whilst 1080p will have to be shrunk down. Why? ... *Sighs* There is a good reason for this 960 pixel screen.. It means apps are still compatible in proportion to older iphone generations (which hold 960 pixel screens), so developers don't have to redesign all their apps for the new iphone (just tweak them). Sounds fair enough?
My problem with it (and I thought the iphone 6 was meant to be a big update to the previous generations) is that what will happen to the iphone 6 when Apple HAS to change the 960 pixel "rule". I do think that this will change with the "iphone 6S/7" in 2015
As for camera, build, picture and sound quality (normally very good to excellent), all consumers will want updates (especially with the camera to meet flagship standards). Will not comment on these however.
I do like how apple is keeping a 16gb model (probably aimed at people on lower wages & students) as well as introducing a 128gb version! OIS camera for 5.5inch version sounds promising (fingers crossed) as well as better onscreen keyboard options.
There's nothing wrong with this much anticipated iphone, it's just that for the moment there's nothing that screams, wow at the moment.

actually specs are quite better than previous iphones. processor is a bit lag as it is a dualcore.even camera is not changed.but we should wait and watch

I would of agreed with you a few months ago.
I just swapped and love it. (nothing against apple) Apple is a great phone as well, but the S5 kicks a$$.

that resolution is pretty low for a 2014 phone
dont be fooled by the backwards arrangement
its less than 1080p
also i dont care how much performance the a8 can put out as a dual core, at least they couldve added a quad core to back up the phone more
