Hello everyone I'm iphone user since 2017 i just want to hear an opinion regarding to my problem. I always used my phone where ever i go and i noticed everytime that my battery percentage getting low too fast even if i didn't used it every moment, my iphone is IPHONE 7 it has a 83% battery health, i'm afraid to go to technician and change it because i think there is a tendency that my internal will be affect.

You should probably get your battery replaced if the Battery Health shows 75%. At a local repair shop called uBreakiFix, you can get a 3rd-party replacement installed for US$29.99. If you can't do this, I would advise you to keep Low Power Mode enabled 100%-0% and Background App Refresh off. You can close out apps you are no longer using by clicking the home button twice in a row and sliding up on apps. You should also have at least 3 Gigs of storage free to prevent slow-downs and be up-to-date on the latest iOS update, currently 12.4.9.

I got this after having issues with samsung galaxy s4, it was fine right up until it died through its motherboard and apple refused to fix it despite acknowledging it was their fault. My only choice with them was to get a new phone for a 'cheaper price' so i essentially decided to go back to andriod and never look back. Essentially like every other phone past the glory days of the 4s it was overpriced and wasn't as impressive.

Can’t believe IOS 12 can’t support apps like Microsoft office. This sucks. It’ll be best to upgrade to phones that can run on IOS 13 and later.
