You can install virtual file explorer app in ios called usb disk. The usb disk pro allows you to transfer file through wifi (not wifi direct). Method: open usb disk pro in iphone, open a browser in pc/android and enter the ip address (i.e. http://192.168.1.xxx :8080) and you can browse the iphone files that is kept inside the USB disk app.
However it needs a router to transfer. Not like android wifi direct. I haven't got time to try to connect it to android's tethering. Maybe you can try.

Anonymous, 10 Feb 2015Crappy camera and non existing customer service. No sir, iphone 6+ Camera is great, probably even better than android (I'm a Note 3 user). Easy access from a locked screen.
Never tried the customer service. Better just google it if you have any questions. Haha.

Great battery, in normal use (no multimedia, no video, just plain phone and messaging) 12hrs = 40% usage, 24hrs = 80% usage.
Crappy file transfer between ios to pc/android, but some apps already provide connectivity through wifi. airdrop is bullshit. use USB disk pro for file keeping and transfer, use xtreme player for multimedia/movie files keeping and transfer.
Very fragile glass, my wife accidentally dropped it from 1 meter high and smashed to pieces.
ps: I love my Note 3.

feels good to go back to iphone.
I was told how great android was, so I left Iphone back in 2012, during the years it was truly a struggle, although android is good at customizing the home, screen.... THAT WAS PRETTY MUCH IT. by a year later the phone was always craching, and I always had to reformat it, every month, it got tiring. I finally had enough, and chose the 6 plus. what a relief. Unreal how a good friend can lie to me about how good android is. stupid updates take forever to come.

I am an Apple fan past 4 years. But I am confused really which one to go for ? Whether 6 or 6 plus ? My use would be just for social applications & sometimes a few games. For calling I have another phone. Pls suggest me better of the two in terms of speed.....

Just got refused warranty for a great out WiFi and autoshutdown after updating to 8.1.3. Reason for refusing my warranty: My 6+ is slightly bent. 2 weeks of normal daily usage. No sitting on it, no dropping of it. I'm in Singapore.
