Samsung phones are fast when new, but that speed can't last more than few months. But Sony is superb. Their Xperia phones are durable, fast, no words about battery life.

i hv purchased 6s just 12 dayas back one disappointing matter is its get heated while talking on facetime or any video chatting ... any body can guide me why its get heat or hat should i hv to do?

Not any iphone or computer screen. They don't have 4032x2268 resolution (nearly all comuter screens claiming to be 4K are of the 3840x2160 variety). Not even on the majority of the UHD 4K screens out there at 4032x2268. They are at that "the lousy 3840×2160" resolution. Yea, about that lousy comment, the difference in pixels per frame is about 10% and at 30fps the human eye can't pick up the difference.
So what are you going to watch it on to really appreciate that resolution?
You'd need a true 4032x2268 big screen TV or projector to do so. Even then, how close are you going to sit to the TV? As I said, the human eye and brain doesn't process images at the pixel level. Until you're looking at the viewing surface very, very close up you won't notice.
If you're throwing your video to something really big it would make sense, so you don't get the pixelation on the display or projection surface (which is why digital cinemas were the first commercial adopters for 4032x2268 resolution equipment).
For 99.9% of the people, they can't make use of it, nor will they ever need it.

In my opinion, Apple needs to completely re-write the OS from the ground up ever since they pulled a bunch of developers from the OS X development team to work on ios 7 (because development was severely behind schedule at that time).

Samsung sucks for its laggy interface, worst battery life.
Sony, HTC, Nexus are much better and don't lag. Sony's battery life is superb.
Apple and Samsung are most popular but they both suck.

It is quite enough for a full day usage, for me, it can be even longer, cause I am not a real heavy user. Besides, I should point out that, for navigation and video call, the battery drains relatively fast. Further more, I also checked my 6s and it is with the Samsung chipset, but many reviews have pointed out no actual difference exist for the two different versions of CPU for 6s, thus no worry about this.

Every phone is a great phone if you know how to care about it. I would tkae iphone any day if i only had the money but i do quite good with my Sony Z3. I played only 2 games on it, never used FB, i used YT from time to time, used explorer every single day and guess what? -IT works great after over 1 year... work the same like the first day i bought it.
Keep your things people, no matter what it is. Remember... maybe your phone is nothing for you but for someone else it might be dream coming true.
