I think this years G5 will be the android device to get as it will more than likely be the only flagship device left that a user can change the battery over and have expandable memory storage. I did and still do think the lg had the best camera on a smartphone due to the manual options. Let's hope the snapdragon 820 is not a flop.

I thought I had a faulty unit because I couldn't use the device when making a call. Turned out to be the bloody screen protector tut. Also check out a case on Amazon called supercase. I do feel the device needs one.

As mentioned earlier I am not a brand loyal. I love only what works for me. Have just ordered nexus 6p as well despite its big size.

Also you can go... moreMay be. I was expecting all this out of the box although. Theres no point for apple to restrict this essential stuff for their users. They should leave this entirely upto their users whether they want something to work on their expensive gadgets or not.
Thanks for your tip. However this was a hit or miss case for me most of the time. The swipe gets registered sometime. It simply doesnt at sometimes. Moreover, I have put an hardened glass on the screen so swiping from edges is never that smooth anyway.

After the information you provided I came to the conclusion that you either don't own one or are one of a minority that don't know how to use the simplest smartphone ever made. I'm sure if you are after a different device you would find someone easily willing to trade. Also I do own and have owned a lot of flagship androids devices and found that other than customisation both stock android and ios are not that far apart in functionality for the majority of users. It just seems that you timed your comment well and only went on a random attack of the iPhone 6s when I offended your beloved Sony. I do also own the nexus 6p and love it. I never went on an attack towards android, only commented on Sony as there seems to be so many Sony fanboys on this page saying how good the devices are yet it's the only phone brand I ever owned that I felt completely lied to by other users and ripped off with a device.

Just bought this thing a few days back and I am NOT happy!
I switched to it from my beloved z3 compact after it got water damaged because of broken rear glass and charger flap.
Believe me switching to an iPhone from android was a worst decision of my life!! So beware android users - this thing, is just, not, for you! You will regret if you switch, especially from a android flagship.
I was after a compact phone with waterproof and near stock experience. Naturally my only choice was xperia z5 compact. Unfortunately though this phone is not launched yet in my country and probably will not ever. Furthermore, I didnt like its design over z3 compact anyway. The z3c white is not available either. Other than this one, the nexus 5x was also into my list but given its over 5" display I was not very sure about this one either.
So, after being insisted by the sales person I ended up buying the all new an iPhone (I didnt do enough research before buying this this, my fault. But that doesnt change the fact that this was rather a downgrade buying this one!). I admit it was a hurried decision on my part and I am regretting buying it while I am typinng this from the same.
It just cant rival the power, customisation, & freedom of android OS no matter how hard it tries, if at all. Following are few things in particular which I really hate about this phone:
-- Worst battery backup - didnt even last me a full day. Have to charge twice or even thrice to take a full day out of it. Full day backup with a "heavy" usage is a joke so don't believe anyone who claims so. Beware ones who do surfing the most. This thing is just NOT for you. My xperia z3 compact used to last me even 2 days with "actual heavy" usage. I miss that very much.
-- No USB OTG support.
-- No mass storage support.
-- No file system accees support.
-- No direct song download. Only through iTunes or third party apps.
-- SIRI is mad. Doesn't even understand a word sometimes.
-- Basic browser.
-- No call record. (Only few cheap workarounds)
-- No "true" Truecaller
-- No customization.
-- No notification LED
-- No back button. You need to reach to the top of the screen. Lame idea ever!
Of course, these are only few demerits of buying an iPhone which matters me the most among many others. So dont be a fool switching to this brick as I have done. The iPhone is good only for:
-- Simplicity
-- Smoothness. (No surprises. My z3c was the smoothest android out there)
-- Apple support (read updates)
-- Range of apps
And above all:
-- Showoff!!
Well, thats about it. Nothing more than a hype. Flagship android users just stay away from it if you dont want to refret like me.
This was my honest short review. Really looking forward to the next xperia or nexus which is under 5", have waterproof and preferably metal unibody to replace this garbage. I cant forget my first love but cant sustain marriage with this one either. Will divorce soon...

I highly recommend buying this phone! It is great.. If you never want to progress in life that is and want to be LOCKED and controlled by a piece of fruit with a chunk missing out of its side. But basically what you will get is an iPhone 6 no wait, iPhone 5s..oops..iPhone 5.. sorry my bad again, An iphone 4s.. ok sorry, an iphone 4... ok lets get to the point, Apple suck, They show no improvements other than physical appearance and a slightly faster processor each year. Apples 6s quote "The only thing that’s changed is everything" umm.. ok, We like to smoke drugs too.. But not that much. Oooo a new 12 megapixel camera, My Galaxy S2 takes a better photo, And no OIS in 6s???? WTF! Live photos? HTC zoe?? And for gods sake, No full HD screen? You can sit there and physically count the individual pixels on that so called screen. Lightning cable.. Um, ok.. You really got to admire the power of physiological marketing.. Selling people poo in a box for lots of $$$
