I still think this is the best iPhone with a headphone jack. If there isn't one, then the iPhone 8 Plus would take the place. The X is still debatable because of its price

Hi.. My iPhone 6S Plus can’t do software update to IOS 12.1, have anyone experienced this problem? I’ve tried several times On/Off the phone and repeated try updating but still the same problem. Can somebody explain of this matter.
