Just start using the phone, no need to charge at all before it reaches 40%, no need to turn off or let it charge longer, lithium batteries dont charge more when theyre full, leaving it has no effect or purpose.
Never fully drain a lithium battery, always charge when it reach 40%

I really love it , great performance and fast, camera improved ( but I like Xperia xz camera quality more ) and specially the battery that I care about the most. I usually play games like VG , COC , listening music , browsers and watching YouTube. iPhone 7 battery is really awesome , I charged twice a day with Xperia xz at lunch time , and again before bed time, but not with this iPhone 7.

Really iPhone 6s and iPhone 7 are best with unique 3D Touch
though design of iPhone 6 is copied by some Chinese phones like oppo and vivo.

I am using IP7 for the past one month the call quality from receiving end as well for me very poor. My business partner says he is not able to hear me clearly in fact I am in good network coverage area
Earlier I was using LG G3 the quality of the call used to be very good in the same network
Any one had this problem or this is unique to my phone
However the VOIP calls are very clear

i have had the worst experience with xperia phones very laggy phones they are and its totally worth moving on to iphone 7 even if u go for iphone 5s its better than that so my friend leave ur xperia and enter the world of apple u will love it
