All those who hate Apple iPhone miss on one point.
All the flagships / heavyweights they love over iPhone are actually developed keeping only one aim - beat the iPhone.They aim to reach the bar set by iPhone. But what is iPhone's attitude everytime - let me set my standards and overcome my last version.

Only an iPhone can beat the iPhone, no one else.
It never claims itself as flagship or any term. Just that - I am an iPhone.

But when others unveil, they claim - its a flagship ( to compete the iPhone)iPhone is their reference for performance parameters.

I know many would jump in and react to my comment negatively. But those who understands knows what my comments convey.

        This is really disappointing from Apple. Steve Jobs must be rolling in his grave, no major or innovative feature since 2 years. 6S had an awful useless feature called 3D Touch and iPhone 7 don't even have any feature except basic hardware upgrades. There was a room for improvement in charging methods and wireless headphones should've been bundled accessory BUT as usual Apple's greed is above all! Only thing that will encourage people to buy iPhones is iOS.

        I was waiting for this as I'm using iPhone 6 and due for an upgrade, guess I'm going for S7 Edge. As an Apple fanboy I never thought I'll be going for Samsung! I pretty much own every Apple device but iPhone 7 won't be one, I'm done paying too much for JUST software.

            1. Two new colors- you can get N number of skins online so more color options than 5.
            2. New home button- ok. +1 to change from 6s to 7.
            3. Stereo speakers- nobody listen music on speakers. They either use earphones or wireless Bluetooth speakers.
            4. Waterproofing- Water resistant let me correct you. Understandable to make Apple Watch water resistant but iPhone? I have seen 4-5 yr old iPhone have survived without this "feature", 5. Better front camera- Did not hear any complaint against 6s front cam. So to be fair +1 to change from 6s to 7
            6. Double storage spaces- 64gigs was enough but now either you choose 32 or 128gigs model. no "middle model" option available.

            Don't think these 2 points are enough to switch from 6s to 7.

                Its specs are 90% same like its successor model.

                                    it's a whole different things, iOS don't need that amount of RAM yet, just like Windows 10 Mobile or Windows Phone, 2 GB just enough.

                                        having a smaller screen and lower pixel density doesn't require the same high end specs the other phones are presenting.
                                        that's the game apple play, they do have a better software and having the best hardware does not equate having the best phone all the time
                                        a NON apple fan here but you have to give it to them they have a good device.
