iOS 11.2.5 update made my battery drain faster than it was on 11.2.2 and charging time longer for around 3 to 3.5 hours per charge for 5 hours screen on time usage. What the? Don’t update if you haven’t done it yet.

.it's been 4 days since I updated my iP7 iOS from 10.1.1 to 11.2.2, so far smooth in performance, and looks neat. and with regards to battery, it's still ok. .I'll try the new iOS 11.2.5.

Does syncing apps such as Photos or Notes from a Macbook to an iPhone use battery life on the latter that much or not so much?

My ip7 was working perfect from day 1 but now after the last 2 updates the phone is slower, regarding benchmarks and in everyday usage I can just see it stutter sometimes.
The second thing is the battery drains much faster than beffore. Instead of 25% at the end of the day at midnight it is empty at 5-6 o clock depending of the usage.

Tim cook deeply apologize for slowing down the older iPhone to prevent shutting down unexpectedly. That’s a stupid statement. Why now? They release the updates from 5s to iPhone x at the same time, now, only older iPhone is affected? Commom Tim Cook, you’re making a fool or somebody else is cooking IPhone? Or maybe, just maybe, you’re trying to discredit Apple product and you’re planning to form a new company of your own to compete Apple. If the reason is because of old battery will shut iPhone down unexpectedly, then that’s the problem of the users to maintain or replace the battery. It’s unfair to those using older iPhone with good battery to be affected by your iOS update. Previous update, only old and degraded battery are affected but not the older iPhone performance. Tim Cook is really cooking!!!!!!
