I have been using this phone now 5years and 5months and its still very good for me. I have been change battery for new.
Im very happy i decide to buy Plus model because it have 3gb RAM and normal 7 have only 2gb and its very big (50%) difference. Im pretty sure Plus model gonna have longer support time also than normal 7 because of 3gb RAM.

Bought it this month new. Upgraded to the latest os . Very decent phone looking at how my 6s battery became so awful. This phone lasts a day and half of more on just normal usage😎

Amazing phone! Bought it when it was released, still going strong, needs a battery replacement though. That's it.
I'm sure you can't say the same thing for android.

i have it to :) way much better then the iphone 7 :) and its getting updates, the 7 is almost out of date.

Somebody a... moreThe size is maybe matter BUT remember: Full Screen Phone like X and above is NOT True Widescreen 16:9 ratio anymore, it is 19.5:9 it means when you see Youtube or any video in 7 plus 5.5 inch it will be full screen, but in the XR 6.1 inch because the longer ratio so when you watch movie you will see black border on the left and right video, you can stretch to make full screen BUT it means the video will be little cropped from original size
Conclusion is if you like enjoying movie think about screen ratio when in landscape mode, Videos still are not made above 16:9, i don't know how large when watch video in 16:9 ratio in 19.5:9 ratio LCD on XR
Think again, owning newer phone does not make you feel better, still the battery on XR can not beat the mid high and cheaper android even with 5G, save your money and buy iphone 13 instead, save more go bigger

I am currently using 7plus but I want to buy XR. Somebody advise me pls, is it a bad idea? i love my 7plus so much but for the size. i would love something smaller with similar great features and all. NB: i don't like those plenty cameras model 😂

But time has changed and batteries had increased in capacity nearly 4000 for iphone and up to 6000 for Android which is a great improvement but I don't understand why ipad and airpods batteries are rated at 1000 cycles but the iphone is rated 500 cycles.
I do think apple is doing that on purpose

Look at back when apple dropped off support some iOS 9 because they only got 512MB RAM? Or when 6 and 6P is dropped with the old 5S? Just because only 1GB RAM? And why Apple released iPad 7th Gen with A10 the one that old 7 plus using? Because Apple has thought that A10 is still capable for some years ahead but the RAM is increased to 3GB, that means the 2GB devices will drop off sooner than 3GB phone

Naren, 15 Nov 2021How long does your battery last on iOS 15.1I’ve been using iPhone 7 plus since late 2018. Mine is 32 GB storage version. Overall it’s just okay for an iPhone. The camera is good. But after three years of usage, i feel like it’s battery just falling so fast when i play games. I play for 1 hour and it’s already 20% battery loss. My battery service capacity is 79%, well it’s three years of usage, what do you expect? I say go search another phone first. if you are a pirate (illegal download and stuff) i say go for android phone. I was a pirate when i use my old android phone and i can’t do it more in this phone, it’s just hard to install illegals application. It depends on your lifestyle, this phone is good for you who likes to post on instagram or facebook. It already has 4K resolution options in video settings.

I have been using my Iphone 7 plus for more than 3years now and still works as New, no issue until now. I Love this unit and i will be using this as long as it works.
