kickpe, 15 Sep 2016The important thing is efficiency of the OS in the long ter... morethe os can be updated to make it better, the hardware cant, you need to buy a new phone for that, if you ever used android you would realise it is actually better, better features, I would gladly wait an extra half a second for an app to load if it means i get a full file manger, micro sd card slot, better battery life, better screen, more ram and the ability to completely customs my os to the exact way I want it

To be honest, I'm disappointed that the battery is again smaller although the battery life will be better but when it was bigger, it could be much better than the one of the 6s Plus. Glad I'm buying the small model which got a good boost in terms of battery :)

I also remember times when benchmarks were more focused on multi core score and every android fanboy referred to the benchmarks and today, Apple wins every benchmarks and nearly all android fanboys say "only dumb isheeps refer to benchmarks because they are not comparable to real life performance and bla bla bla"

Let me explain something. Specs don't mean much if one OS is optimized and the other isn't. The iPhone kills almost all flagship Android phones on performance benchmarks year in and year out. The iPhone also beats Android devices on gaming and browser benchmarks year in and year out. Matter of fact the iPhone 5s beat out the S7 in browser and gaming benchmarks. So what this means is the iPhone is the best browsing and gaming phone on the planet. Let's also not forget the iPhone is also more secure and more private than Android phones.

The important thing is efficiency of the OS in the long term and how long the phone lasts in a day. In the current phone market, having lots of RAM and 8-Core CPU's isn't going to help when the OS isn't well optimised etc and battery is sub-par.

Apple is superior

Anonymous, 15 Sep 2016Specs mean nothing when iPhones with 2 megs of ram defeats ... moreflagship means nothing if youve already used both of the mobile phone, not just the application but the wholesome of the mobile including the benchmarking of both mobile phone, there are some application which is too laggy for android then working smoothly to IOS including the IOS old version but there are some of the application which is working properly to android but not with IOS, well this is just about the compatibility of those device to its users, thing is a lot of HD games not working properly or even it is not totally working with iphone 7 / 7 plus compare to android which is more dealing with high specs(wholesome), again this is not just about the specific use for its users coz it really depends upon your compatiblity of its users coz both OS are good.

Firstly this phone is a powerhouse. Its AnTuTu score is 178,397 which makes it one of the most powerful smartphones in the world. Saying it's the equivalent of a "$300 android phone" is just silly.
Also more RAM does not necessarily equal better performance. iOS is a very efficient OS that isn't likely to need any more than 3gb RAM. Adding more would just make the phone more expensive for little to no gain. What would be the point?
Other than the above I actually agree with the rest of your points on the lack of headphone jack, larger battery, expandable storage and OLED.
