The iphone specs may seem mid range but they can compete with the android flagships
Just take a look at the tests where iphone 7 is one of the highest ranking phones
You won't get those results with a mid range android

I have a question, now i m using galaxy s6 edge so should i upgrade to galaxy s8 or iphone 8/8+. Mostly i use apps like instagram, viber, facebook, snapchat and maybe some games, and also i want the best possible camera in a smartphone especially for video.

I say why i8 is similar as i6 . i8 is running on ios 11 and we all know i6 will also be run with ios 11. If the spec have much difference between them ios 11 will not work in i6. Thats why

Only thing I love about this is the video modes (2160p@24/30/60fps, 1080p@30/60/120/240fps). Everything else is meh...

People is going to pay a lot of money more for these phones just because of "limited production", this is what apple want you to believe.
This is another reason why i would prefer android instead. Waiting for LG V30!!

Worst part, everyday is not Sundays, Miserably failed. If still nitwits become sissies to Apple's Chrisma, God save this planet. Nothing extra or extra ordinary to joy for minimum ram ROM and slate surrounded by steel plate. Devil's would think of buying it.

samsung phones are fluid ,smooth...grow up apple losers....apple just making fool year after year and this year too with same iphone 6 like design .....whattttt yukkkkkkk..on otherside iphone x which matches with note 8 and s8 is in limited quantity where samsung phones with bezel less design phones are norm of todays

Don't buy iPhone 8/8 Plus. Stick with your iPhone 7/7 Plus or go all out with the X
Though I still don't recommend iPhone X either because next year's iPhone 8s/9 would have both Touch ID under the display and (probably improved) Face ID, and might be priced around $800 (that's still cheaper than $1000 iPhone X though)
