601 ppi? Lol. That's gonna guzzle their already anemic battery faster than a Ford Expedition guzzles gas. Battery endurance is gonna be like at 30 hrs. lol.
Besides Apple will likely stick with 326 to 401 ppi because they keep on harping that "the human eye cannot see more than 300 ppi at normal viewing distance".

to anyone who says apple is copying samsung, NO, they don't. apple bought their retina display since the very first beginning from samsung, apple also had sony to produce the i-sight camera. there's no such thing as "copying" in gadget manufacturing, since companies share the same technology, it's about "who did it better"

Are you dense, all rumors say they made deals with LG for OLED displays, yes theyre both Korean companies but two very different companies nonetheless, if i buy a Subaru i cant go around saying i bought a Mazda, i guess you would though.
If ip8 has OLED display it will surely be one made to apples specs and thus be far superior to Samsungs SAMOLED with their horrible blue and purple shifting tints from any angle.
