AnonD-598916, 01 Jul 2017Did you just put Apple and "bang for the buck" in the same ... moreYes indeed, the SE is quite a bang for the buck device, if Apple makes SE2 with same processor as 8 then obviously SE2 would be my choice.

I was interested in the S8 series because of their design, it's the only Android that looks better than my iPhone (in my opinion). It's a great phone but the occasional lag makes me go to my 7 Plus for most tasks.

Anonymous, 03 Jul 2017Android started infinity display firstiPhone 2G was the first phone to feature infinity display. (50% screen-to-body ratio was huge compared to flip phone competition with less than 25%)

5.1" HD display, 70.4% screen to body ratio in this age and a little bit of patch here and there then it'll be sold for about $1k. May your inner mind be open to the fact that you are being ripped off iPhone buyers.

Brother its not about who's copying whom. Its all about the overall progress. You might not be aware but this design can be patented by apple (the internal architecture). To achieve such a design is itself a challenge and if other companies can do the same that too without infringing patents, then its their capability. Copying is just easy to say its actually very difficult in this real world where impression matters the most. If you get a designation of copycat who will buy your phone. So you have to - first look for architectural changes and possibilities, then patent infringing issues, then problems with the design, then also you have to make sure that it should be under similar or lesser price tag, then also you have to take care of the blames of copying so not that easy brother.

It looks like that Apple owners finally decided to actually pay somebody to design a thing. It kinda looks cool, aspecially comparing to previous few iPhones. With that Sams display,it'll be over 1000$,for sure.I'd rather have one Mi6 and one +5 for my wife, plus 100$ left for a night out with her..

People want more with iOS but if they add more... it becomes practically android. too many features, hotkeys, shortcuts, ways to access things etc... Android for me is perfect, since I can modify it to how I want my phone to almost be. With the iPhone and iOS, you just can't ask for everything. That is iOS. If they add a lot and do what Android are doing, what makes people want to buy an iPhone than an S8 or another Android equivalent? Apple can't rely off branding now when tech is moving so fast. People want more. A lot of people use phones just for simple Instagram/whatsapp etc... iPhone still sticks to it's core competence, but I can't see it sticking to it.
