But what's frightening to me, is 8plus phone size and weight, he is really big, and should be not comfortable to very active person... P20 is more smaller and lighter...

used an IPHONE 7 for one and 1/2 years then one day it could charge,went off.... took it to apple, was told the problem is the motherboard and repairing it will cost the same as buying a new one.... One and 1/2 years? my Android phone has served me more than that... actually more than two years..... am not getting Another anytime soon... too expensive for nothing!!!!

Apple Iphone 8 Plus or Huaw... more8 Plus. Why?
- Secure OS.
- Better gaming (constant 60fps on ANY game, thank Apple later)
- The A11 powered iphones will receive 8 or more years of software updates because its way more powerful than previous chipsets
- The bezels help while watching videos and gaming in landscape while in bed
- No black bars in videos and apps! Good ol' 16:9
- It has a dual camera about the same as iphone X and i actually like the aperture at 2.8 for the zoom lens, many professionals use that exact aperture for photos and videos (no OIS isnt a big deal)
And just, overall iOS is a way better OS. And with iOS 12 (i watched WWDC18) performance will double.. expect loading games and other apps in 3 seconds max!
No wonder why there are always 5 times more iphones sold than the best Android flagships from Samsung (never used one coz Android is unusable after 2 years, waste of money, maybe other Androids are better), and if you buy other Apple device like AirPods or Apple Watch or even Mac you will feel how good those interact.
and the best part - in 2 or 3 years, if you take care of it, you can sell your iPhone for half the price you paid. Don't believe me? iPhone 6s Plus from 3 years ago sold for $750 at launch for 16gb option.. go on Ebay, all of them are at least $350 in good condition and the ones in pristine condition are sold for even more
In my country a used 6s Plus is 500 euros in mobile stores..

Some IPhone8plus and IphoneX have been reported to stop working on its own and apple service centre will blindly.. Ignore you.. Blame you.. Terminate your warranty..

If the phone is in the warranty period they will either fix it on the spot (software reset if needed) or they will replace the phone. Excellent service.
