Its been more than a year now, bought my iphone se last april 2016,never even tried using a power bank coz i dont need it anyway even though my data is always switched on, never experienced any lag. So far so good.

This is the iphone I like most, sizable and well packed with good specs. Very solid body.

should i buy an iPhone se or a galaxy A7? I like the SE cos it will be supported for at least 4 years( I'm someone who loves new OS features) unlike the A7 which may last for about a year. But also i love to use my phone to play lots of games and watch videos and the SE's screen is 4" and the A7 screen seems better for all these tasks. Do you think I'll be fine with the SE's screen size or i should get the A7 instead? I don't think i can afford a 6s. I'm coming from a Lumia 630

It is really not that hard to change a logic board, they didn't have to "squeeze" it in. And it has (or should have) one of the best battery life in an iphone, only the iPhone 7 Plus is better. If you go to Settings > Battery > scroll down and usage Time says about 5 to 6 hours, everything is ok and you just ran something heavy without knowing it. Is not, stop whining (as the other person said) and go to an Apple Store or call apple support so that you get help or even get it replaced for free (which Samsung doesn't just do)

Got new iPhone SE on May 26,2017 today is may 27 2017 and this iPhone will not hold a charge - the battery is AWFUL.. I have had 3 apple iPhone and 2 apple iPads and have never once had this happen -- have found several BAD reviews about the battery in this model. Maybe they tried to squeeze too much technology in this to match iPhone 6 and it cannot handle technology - have appt with Apple Store today for resolution. I want out of this phone.

Sync itunes to iphone, click add files in itunes, add the ringtone, than click Sync Ringtones and you're done.

It has been about four years since I used an iPhone as daily driver that I sometimes forget how smooth iOS still is. But its limitations are still there like the inability to check my SOT and RAM usage. Or how iTunes or iPhone can't recognize mkv or avi formats. And after getting spoiled by the G5, V20, Pixel, S7 edge cameras, the SE with its 6s rear optics just can't compare especially in low light. The 1.2mp front cam is pretty awful too.
But it isn't all bad news. I bought the SE to mainly replace my $30 Moto E 4G because that phone would refresh my Dasher app alot and wouldn't keep it in memory. There would be a 15 sec delay everytime. The extra gig and being iOS should help without further delays. And I bought an iPhone again because I am also considering buying an Apple Watch Series 2. Maybe the stainless one with sapphire glass.
I need the Apple Watch for GPS. I would look like Dick Tracy talking to it. I used to think smartwatches are as useless as tablets but since doing DoorDash, I may just need one . I deliver in so many places and the Google Maps / Waze voice navigation is surprisingly inaccurate with directions like 10% of the time that I may need to start using Apple Maps.
So my SE purchase is mainly because $200 is quite a bargain. For iPod usage, GPS usage, and for a possible purchase of an Apple Watch Series 2 or might wait for Series 3 this September. The iPhone 7s or 8 don't interest me anymore. I am pretty much set with 11 phones that can be used for the next 10 years! Same old phones every year. A smartwatch is the next device on my wishlist. Something different.

Sonu, 25 May 2017Is IOS 10.3 worst?? iOS 10.3 is great. If you upgrade from a lower version of iOS 10, you get much more storage back (because of the new file system which rewrites all your files) and extra speed.
