I bel... more2GB memory are not an issue, it's even better for multitasking (the thing RAM is used for) because of better RAM management by iOS. Just make sure to get the 64GB variant, 16GB is not enough
According to GSMArena battery life test (the last point on the spec page), iPhone SE even has longer battery life than Honor 8. It's because the iPhone has a much smaller display to power, so you always have to see the battery size in relation to screen size. It has 73h compared to Honor 8 70h.
As a gamer, you should opt for iOS because it has more games and new games are first on iOS (like mario run). Also, the much better PowerVR GT7600 which is a beast, in combination with a lower display resolution (gamers always opt for a lower resolution because it gives you better performance), iPhone SE heavily outperforms Honor 8 in terms of gaming.
As I see, you also appreciate the security of iOS, so you will be perfectly fine with the iPhone SE because it seems to suit your needs very good.

Having old model of IPhone doesn't make you look posh. You'll get bored after few days I am 100% sure. Try to get Iphone 6+ or Honor. But it would be best if you buy Xiaomi Mi5s plus. Trust me, Mi5s/Mi5s plus is in your range and it'll blow your mind. Xiaomi has beaten Huawei in every aspects.

Just ordered one for both my wife and myself. Virgin mobile had them on sale for$179 and you cant beat that with only paying $30 a month for unlimited everything.
Will update my review when we get them but very excited to see how great the phone is!

I believe in IOs is wey better then android but we get memory and short battery problem here ,
But honor 8 it's beautiful and on android we can get some cool features wich is unavailable on ios im a gamer and i found that i can get some great games free on android but same games i have to pay on ios i can use card on honor its battery is bigger fast charging also available ,beautiful mobile but ios have Alot great features like safari if we know the usage its a great thing ios is great in security we can hide apps and games we as i said ios is better it rarely hang and we can fix it in a minute

I got the iPhone SE for my 9 year old son and I have used it once my battery was low on my note 5 I think the iPhone SE is a very nice phone with a very responsive screen a great OS and a long lasting battery the speaker on the phone sounds great also much better than the call quality on my Note 5 the phone gets the latest updates and apps from Apple and plays games in amazing quality the only down fall for me is the screen size but my sun is 9 with little hands and pockets so this phone is great for him

If anyone prefers iPhone, then SE is the best deal. I was planning to get it but ended up with the maligned LG G5 and have no regrets. Both are priced similarly at Best Buy this weekend for $240 for 24 months. I just prefer Android more with removable battery and microSD for better future proofing.
I could easily get a prepaid AT&T iPhone 5s for less than $100 since it looks like the SE but hate the small factor of them all. Need "4.5 as bare minimum. The SE looks too much like a kid's toy with ugly top and bottom bezels. Once iPhone X is released with zero home button, it will make every previous iPhone look so archaic.
The iPhone X will set up the future smartphones for the next decade that follows it. By 2027,everything should be button-less and wireless. The SE is too 2013-ish these days and it isn't even a year old yet. Great little phone with great value and design. Best compact phone out now. But old news with an outdated design by September once Apple finally rids of those bezels and Touch ID.

This is an amazing phone. I bought the 64GB Silver version and its worth every penny. Sure I made this choice because I wanted a smaller screen phone. I came from a 5.5inch display and I'm much more happy with this 4inch amazing iPhone. I filled it up with apps and it doesn't lag at all. iOS is far better than Android.
I recommend this phone to anyone that wants a device that is used comfortably in one hand!!! This is an iPhone 6s in an iPhone 5s body

This phone is specially made for people who want a small screen if you didn't know.
And lastly, it's got a high price because it is high end. It has the same internals as iPhone 6s which beat most android phones still today.
