I had this phone for about a year, unfortunately now it's stuck to iOS 12.4, not installing the software update surprisingly 12.4 as well (due to verification failure, couldn't connect to the internet). I tried all the solutions found on the net, none of them worked out.
Any help plz?

Updated to 13.1.3 and have mail activity in background(I don"t use any email account,didn"t set it up),battery shows time of mail activity in background,with every thing off,like app refresh,or update even data and wi fi off,what does it do in background with out data and email account itself?? Didn"t have this problem on ios 11 or 12,Any advice will be appreciated.

Updated on iOS 13.1.2. Working like a charm without facing any issue. Performance is much better as compared to iOS 12.

Used for about 7 months and loved the phone. The size was compact and nice, battery life was actually decent, and was very fast. I had to ditch it because I was switching to another carrier, but I would of kept it if I had the chance to bring the phone with me.

I can’t update to ios 13. They told me update requested almost 3 days now and I can’t cancel too. I restart the phone several times but nothing could change. l Anyone also facing same problem here? Any suggestions pls.
