I have updated my SE to 11.3. After 3-4 hrs usage its touch screen became unresponsive for few minutes and again works fine.. And it repeated so many times... Nxt day it became unresponsive permanently.. I have givn it to servce centre ..they have done hard reset and os reinstall..and returned... It workd fine for one day and again the same issue... Again i hav sent it to main servce centre at bangalore.. They hav said that they can't repair it and one thing they can do is replace it with another phone.. But i hav to pay 21000₹ bcoz warranty is rejected due to some sractches on its edges!!! What should i do? Did anybody hav the same problem?
Vry much dissapointd by this useless servce cntres..
Will an update to 11.3.1 solve this issue?
Any suggestions?

RAze, 07 May 2018Battery life on this phone is a problem now (after 2 years)... moreDon’t blame the battery but yourself. You are not taking good care of the battery. My SE is 21 months old and battery health is at 91%.

I charge it to full two times a day, I live my life as a highschool student. I personally think battery life is the worst aspect of this phone. At first it was manageable but it reduced 17% of it’s orginial capacity over 2 years according to my OS’s “battery health (beta)”.

I’ve had this phone for around 15 months and the form factor is the absolute best thing about it. I want to be able to use my phone with one hand and it’s easily done with the SE.
It’s still a very capable phone, and if you set things - like the camera - up properly, it’s a great phone.
With iOS 11, battery life isn’t as good, but still good enough.
I just wish more cell phone manufacturers would make phones that can be used with one hand.

Using it for the past 11 months. Seems the use of 4G drains the battery very quickly. This phone is not appropriate for today's 4G network. need better battery tech for such small phone to last one full 24 hrs.

He used Sams... moredude, don't try iOS on this go with larger. but don't try it at all. you don't miss anything unless you waste time gaming. this phone has poorer camera than moto g5 that costs 3x less and a3 which you can get for half the price . I don't recommend this phone as of now to nobody. midrange androids all over the place.

When it was on iOS 10.xx, it used to give around 31 hours battery life, I usually don’t drain my battery up to 0%. I start charging my iPhone when it reaches 15-20%.

i have the se in rose gold never had an issue had it for 2 years now except battery quality has dropped which am very very dissapointed in hope another brand releases small screen phone perhaps samsung aswel

I've always wanted this pink phone and now that is cheaper i might buy it. I have galaxy j5 2017 but it's too big for my hand. Should i go for the SE?

He used Sams... moreAndroid to iOS will be a happy change if your brother is not too much into fun and games. iOS is more for the business users or the no nonsense types. Further, SE has a small screen compared to 7s and XZ you mentioned so there may be some adaptability issues. I mean your brother may not support both the change to iOS plus a change to small screen. Do one thing at a time.

yes i agree apple need to boost more battery capacity also more faster chargeing and they beed to stop conning ppl with holding back the performance because of the battery is too old etc like they have said on the news. less battery eg

My younger brother was an Android user before. He used Samsung Galaxy S5 and it died yesterday. He wants to tried iOS for first time but he afraid that he would be regret. Any Android to iOS users here? Is it good change? Or simple question, does iPhone SE can be a good buy over Galaxy S7 edge / Xperia XZ?
