I have one for about ~ 4/5 months, it was replaced, cuz the first one had some problem.
Since IOS 11, the battery life is well, kinda bad. I do not think that this would be a good buy in 2018.
Under medium/heavy usage lasts about half a day.

This phone is a powerful phone. Many people don’t buy the genuine iPhone that’s why they face lots of problems. ADVICE. It’s important to buy from authorized seller. I love this phone.

i am a regular android user . but i really happy to say iphone se is a good product . it hv longer battery life . and selfie camera is also good . and i want to say ios 11 is good os . before buying , i had a clue about ios . but aftr using one month , i love it . itz simple . itz powerfull . no lagging . no neex to clear memory aftr using apps . there called ' documents ' app . itz really worth to download .

You see it’s not only a question of budget but mainly a question of personal use for me
iPhone SE is the cheapest and the most powerful 4inch iPhone
But you also have iPhone 5s of 2013 for a small budget but the problem is that the phone is totally laggy with iOS 11 and will not be supported with iOS 12 no more
You also have the iPhone 6 with 4.7inch but that phone also is about to be cut off from iOS updates soon
So if you look for performances with reasonable budget choose among iPhone SE
If you look for performances iPhone SE iPhone 6s and all the ones starting from 2016
So just think and make your choice

iPhone SE is the same powered idevice as iPhone 6s
The main differences are
The screen size
The frontal camera 1.2mpx vs 5mpx
3D Touch
For the rest of like small screen sized phones like me just go for iPhone SE it’s just perfect and especially if you’ve held an iPhone 5s before
But if you rather prefer big phones just go for iPhone 6s
It’s a matter of personal use

It’s mainly due to the update
iOS 11 eat the battery life
We are all waiting for iOS 11.3 to fix that problem
But the battery life is still quite good especially compared to an iPhone 5s or even an iPhone 6 running under iOS 11
