I ordered one rose gold last week through amazon. also it is assembled in india phone.

Since the manufacturing of iPhone 6 has been stopped and it isn't available in the desired colour, I am thinking to go for SE, is there any major drawback with SE as compared to 6?
Also, which is the best amongst the two? IPhone 6 or SE?

John mane, 26 Jun 2017I just bought this phone yesterday and this phone is rocket... moreAgreed. I use it as my XVideo and PornHub media player. I stopped using my V20 for smut because it starts to slow it down. Since the S7 edge is laggy anyway, I use it for smut as well. My iPhone SE can stream it faster once my data gets throttled down because the resolution is lower. But my main phone to use is still my V20. Just better to type on and everything else.

My SE did get hot on occasions but never too hot to touch, even when i spent 6 months in tropical country. The heating usually occured when using camera for a long period, its been fixed in later update, and never ever occured on graphically intense 3D games. As you said too, it wasnt when you gamed you experienced heating.

Depends what you wannna use it for, iphone tend to heat when watching videos on the web or play heavy games. Otherwise its as fast as a phone can be.
2) How much future proof is this device?
If you check when iOS updates come and what products have the updates available it will support apps like youtube and google maps (which demand at least the last years iOS updates, currently iOS 9 to even use them), its gonna last for 6 to 7 years now if you dont use apps like that its gonna last as long as its gonna work (you can just repair it for cheap so no problem).
3) Till how long will it run - atleast 3-4 years?
Already answered.
4) Since I am a net freak, strong battery backup is a must.... Of course I don't play games. But am always online in social media and office mail.
iPhones dont last that long with light usage its gonna last you 2 days with heavy only a day like most phones.
5) Camera strength, also front camera?
The camera is the same as on the iPhone 6S so its good, just not in the dark, like the other iphones.
6) Is it lag or hanging free?
Had the iPhone it lagged/glitched out for a few seconds about once per month but it was in bad conditions like -0°C and wet from rain. But it always worked after it glitched out.

AnonD-647268, 29 Jun 2017My question should be wich one is better kirin 960 or apple... moreFor gaming iphones are really bad, for demanding games i mean because they overheat very fast with any kind of 3d game really, my iphone 6s did and so does my SE now, just watching some videos on safari makes the phone almost too hot to touch, the S8 i had got hot im the middle of a summer day as well for no reason and dropped 40 % of battery without using it in my pocket in about half an hour on a bus. I also tried LG G3 i know its old but still it overheats even on not so demanding games, so did LG Flex 2. The only phone that never overheated even when playing very demanding games or watching videos on the web was Huaweis Mate 9, the processor is very cool and doesnt overheat ever and the battery is big, so if you want gaming i would choose the mate 9 or any other huawei phone in that regard i think that they are less prone to overheating.
