Cheap iPhone with 5g enabled, lot more process power than most phones the same price, I would say it’s a bargain for the price, and also will be software updated for the next 5/6 years, how many other phone the same price can say that.

The phone is already available for sale and we still don’t know what’s the chip clock speed and the battery capacity. Perhaps people who aren’t gamers or heavy users and want a cheaper and smaller iPhone wouldn’t care. They know the phone will work just fine and for years to come. I’m having my hopes for an XR based SE in 2024. But we don’t know this for a certainty. Maybe I’m better off getting an iPhone XR or 11 now.

Ugly, old design, slow charge, large bezel, small battery, poor camera system, 60hz sub HD screen. It's like having a Porsche engine in a cardboard chassis. IPhone 13 mini is a much better phone if you like small phone.

These are Honda Civics with super engines. V1 had an Audi, V2 BMW, V3 Ferrari. This will be my third.
For those that like the smaller screen 4.7, you get a more sleek pocket/suit friendly device with all the power of their flagship phones with the same A15 chip. It also has the hexa-core cpu processor. The battery will last the day, charges super fast, and if you carry a battery brick of at least 5,000 - 10,000. Then you will have multiple full charges on the go for those power days. Along with the 18W fast charger, and wireless charging capability. Feels like James Bond in your hand.
So, respectfully, when those above talk about a lesser phone. Well the V3 starts at $479 @$17 per month. In addition, the glass is superior. This is a steal. The 64gb model has no down payment, only taxes. (per carrier - this applies to T-mobile)
The IOS on apple is more stable in general. When there is such a huge difference in apple device price, most of the time you are paying for a better camera. The marketing spin, is ok so give us $600 - $1000 for the same A15 chip, larger screen, and better camera. The technology in general across all brands is not moving as fast as the advertising campaigns. Take a beat, really do your homework. Determine what type of user you are. Remember, any apple body that refurbishes the housing with new internals can be supported by existing cases and screen protectors already on the market for years vs new sizes and specs. The SE is notorious for using previous model housings. Money saved big time.
For anyone not sure, want to save money, but get a system that really kicks. See the following 5G devices. All under $730.
- Motorola One Ace (android 10 only) will not update to OS 11 or 12.
- Samsung S21 FE (android 12) 6GB Ram
- Pixel 6 (android 12) 6GB ram
- OnePlus 9 Pro (android 12) 6GB Ram
- Iphone SE V3 (IOS 15) 3GB Ram (apple build doesn't require same ram as android)
- Iphone SE V2 (Upgradable to IOS 15 - A13 Chip) (2020 model still available) 3GB Ram

Before more of you guys spitting dumb statements all over here, the reason the battery size isn't stated here is because it is *not yet* released to the public. No information on that regard is released yet. Not because there is hidden agenda or they expected us to discover ourselve after purchase. God. Please stop making speculations.

Better camera? Maybe, but I bet this camera will take pictures that look 99% identical when compressed on social media, so the only real difference compared to those Android offerings is lack of ultrawide. RAM? iOS runs fine on 4 GB, no problem whatsoever. Battery is the only real potential issue, but it remains to be seen what the actual size is and how much more efficient A15 is over A13.
