Do your research, 5s came 2013 S5 came 2014, and should we mention how crappy the S5 fps was? It was those where you had to swipe your finger over the scanner :D Samsung copied Apple and did it very poorly.

Finger print scanner was on the S5, which came before the iPhone 5S. Face ID the Samsung Galaxy S8 had before the iPhone X. The S8 was released in April 2017, and the iPhone X in November. Did I mention that Apple patented a bendable phone after they found that Samsung was working on one?

Apple IOS is based on FreeBSD, which an order of magnitude more stable and efficient compared to Linux based Android.
My wife's old iPhone 6 with only 1GB memory, was way more smoother than my 4GB Samsung Note5, on several identical apps.
(and she has never had to close tons of apps behind, whereas I must close android apps once in a while. in order not to make my smartphone crawl).

Planning on iphone either 8plus or X. I prefer larger and wider displays. X has a larger display but looks like the its less wider. Any suggestions which one to go for. iPhone 8plus or iphone X???

About 90% of you really have no idea what your taking about. If you've ever built a computer or worked with any basic smart tech you know hardware is the most important part of what the device is capable of. Samsung wins. ( also they make all of iphone's screens soo)

And iPhone is less "business" than say, Note 8. because Apple is so restricted to their own ecosystem. Android is MORE because its open, easier to create a more open solution software where there are less boundaries.
Apple is "ok" for office use. personally would not equip an Apple for office use.

Currently iPhone users can play this new console quality racing game called GRID autosport, it really shows how powerful these devices are, it's like a gran turismo in your pocket

Even though iphone have the best CPU in the world of phones but still gaming is not that good for iphone :) I hope this helps u!

Also no android phone is £1400 and android hardware is much more expensive then iphone hardware . Plus don't say they perform better then android because they dont. I had a iphone 6 plus and it was terrible compared to the lg g5 (even the lg g3 perform better then the iPhone 6 plus). People need to wake and stop supporting a company that gives you a cheaply made phone for £1400 (they only spend around $50 making each phone) and a company that doesn't pay taxes.

First of all, I am an Android user today and I had a Iphone 5s 3 years ago. I changed from Apple to Samsung because I hated the fact that I cannot personalize the phone to my user data and my Iphone lagged a lot with a few games (yes Apple fanboys, it is possible for an Iphone to lag and happens more times than you expect). I bought the Samsung S5 and i immediately loved the system, the screen quality and the performance. For Apple fanboys that say the Samsung have no long term quality or value, I used the S5 without problems until April 2017 and sold it for 200€. I dont think that's bad. Now I have the Note 8 and I have some friends with Iphone X and I laugh really hard every time they need a powerbank and I still have 50% of battery. Also, these friends of mine always ask me to take photos because they think my camera is so much better. By the way, I sometimes can open my friend's Iphone X with Face ID and NO ONE EVER did it it my Iris Recognition on Note 8. I could continue, but I work in electronics retail and I'm seing many more people changing from Apple to Samsung than from Samsung to Apple (this last is so rare that could be considered null).

The price is absurd, it's not worth. Apple had made a price miscalculation of $200 too much. From what my experience the 64GB is only around 700$!

This is by far the best iPhone ever. I firmly believe when they said they live been working on this since 2012. The swipe up home button function is the best thing to ever happen on any smart phone . Face ID works 95% of the time , that odd 5% just key in your passcode.
Price. Not an issue. Some people can afford Mercedes and bmws right ? Well I can afford an iPhone X. Disgrace If anyone thinks this is copying a Samsung. It’s not, and it’s nothing like it.

No landscape mode on home screen. Don't care about no home button- swiping is fine- but other than gloss, glitz, camera and hype, a rather annoying phone. Very disappointed. Wish I'd gone with the 8+.
