        So what if they have the device on hand? DID the teardown of the device shows "Gorilla Glass" Printed on it? EVEN a Logo? NOOOOOo. First hand touching the phone =/= you becoming an expert.

        Always go with what the manufacturers shows on their release page. GSMARena already kindly included info on it. Always watch Youtube with a grain of salt. Youtube never Vet its contents based on facts, and shouldn't be quoted as facts.

            1. "Famous" Youtubers are as clueless as the next person. They do basic googling and be done with it, They are IN for the Hits and $$$, not giving you facts. Its SAD if you take that as fact. Do some research yourself, never trust YOUTUBE / FACEBOOK / TWITTER or whatever without a grain of salt.
            2. People ASSUME gorilla glass.. because of corning and Apple collaboration. But never did Apple say Gorilla glass..
            3. Apple claim ion exchange strengthened glass on older models (But did not say anything about XS screen in their website).. which is same as Gorilla glass. THAT is all the info YOU NEED, hell they can even call it Monkey Glass if they choose to.
            4. All of us here, unless we have insider news, are just as clueless as others.. so no point squeezing answers from us.. CAUSE WE DO NOT KNOW.

            Regardless, for the normal consumers now, BUY SCREEN PROTECTORS if you are afraid of scratches. Because of the following:
            1. Unless its diamond or equivalent.. its GONNA be scratched.
            2. Unless they claim self healing.. its GONNA be scratched.. but Still screen protectors is required.. because most only heal small scratches.

            And one last thing. Tim Cook have a email address, you can email him directly if you can't sleep at night.. and DYING to know what Monkey or Gorilla Glass was used.

                CPU / GPU becomes so fast, the split seconds no longer matters.

                But I am here to say why iPhones still superior to any Androids phones and worth its cost.

                iPhone have superior touch algorithm compared to Android. Do not believe me? Here are the test you can do:
                1. Thumb Press on both phones. (Instead of the tip of your thumb or fingers) On Android, it will stupidly respond to that unintended touch. iPhone will intelligently respond, knowing you are picking it up.
                2. The 2 finger test. Hold both phones with one hand, with the thumb holding the screen of the device. On iPhone, you can still use the other hand to navigate and control the phone. On the dumb android, the touch is rejected. This is why iPad excels in touch vs android tablets.
                3. Multi-touch gestures. On Windows, you can see why NO body like touch pads, cause it junk. Only Macs and iPhone's touch gestures are perfected.

                iPhone also support smooth transition, the UI is smooth and fast, even with an aged processor.

                All these, even the most powerful core i7 will not be able to improve Android user's experience.

                  Anonymous, 20 Oct 2018IPhone xs very very very...... Poor battery. The beauty of iPhone's battery life. Its steady, its reliable, no matter what you load on it. No matter the condition. Connect to Carplay Wireless, add a Apple Watch, and you still have almost the same battery life you take out of the box.

                  Note 9 for example, it will be crippled once you load stuff on it. Add a galaxy watch, the battery drains more.. Add Android Auto, it can't even maintain full charge.. And if you get tons of apps, it drains yet even more! Its an uncontrollable beast.. yes a beast of a phone.. but uncontrollable drain. You have to spend time with it EVERY single day.. to TAME that beast.

                  The same goes for other android phones, with some exceptions like China Phones, which they add their own chains, they purposely KILL process to maintain the battery.. but end up with unreliable services, non received notification and junk response.

                  So if you want a peace of mind, use iPhone. If you want to be a beast tamer, be my guest.. use an android.. but for me.. i am soo very tired to be a tamer... i just want a phone that works.

                                But in GSMArena or anywhere else written as Scratch-resistant glass, Oleophobic coating

                                        SD 845 compared to A12. is just as fast, if not delays in speed to 1-2 seconds. but who really willing to pay 1.5k for 1-2 performance difference, also the 8GB Ram is also nice to handle more applications for a smoother user experience.
                                        OS , basically depends on the user as the eco-system
                                        Camera - goes to apple but the F1's still has a beautiful camera and video quality.
                                        Build goes to apple for having a premium feel but have fun paying the repair fee's for a front (250$) or back glass repair (500$)
