jegan, 04 Jan 2014i have the same problem with the micro sd card, it automati... moreplease help me, i couldn't setting the wi-fi, aspecialy a wi-fi who has already connected, the signal is good, if i will change it's password again, it's always sign connected, whereas the signal is very bad, the internet can not operation very well, the other wi-fi hostpot able to selected, they always ask the password, only that one who cannot select the password, how can i find that problem? thank you

Any body can help regarding my fonepad I purchased last 2 january 2014 after fisrt charging nothings problems. But on the 2nd charging the unit did not accept. Charging until now ihave trying. To returned from the store but the store manger. Told me that the duration of store guarantee. Was only 24 hours only. Pls azus management. What can ido.

please help me!!! my fonepad screen can't touch suddenly! i dont know whether its hang or what? i try to turn off but my screen cannot touch at all! what should i do?? pleaseee, help me..

please help me. i have a problem with my fonepad. my screen cannot touch. and i cannot turn off my fonepad and i want to take out the battery as it doesn't have battery.. i dont know if it hang or what? but what should i do??

i have the same problem with the micro sd card, it automatically gets disconnected from the asus fonepad, again i have to open the compartment and reinsert the sd card, and again it works only few minutes but the same problem occurs! what is the solution?????????/pls hlp me

This is a class poduct. I do not know about other guys but this device is working like magic. No problem with sd card or sim or 3g calls or hd movies etc etc or may be i m lucky.

Hi dears ... i need your kind support please ... my ASUS FonePad fallen down by mistake from my hand and unfortunately, the screen was broken and appeared two lines in addition to a smash at the corner... although of all that.. the phone and the screen touch are working well but i need to change it as the appearance as broken screen is annoying .... by calling the agent... said screen to be changed against an amount equals about more than 50% of the phone price... does any one have advice to me please? are there any alternatives? please help me

How can i directly save my music and pictures on the external memory card using this sandisk memory zone application..even the pictures sent via bluetooth is saved on my asus internal memory. How can i save them or transfer them to my external memory card.. i am using a 8gb sandisk memory card. Thank you.

Can anyone tell me. How to see the memory card data thorugh device.
I have inserted the 8GB memory card.
The memory card has show all the files in the beginning. While using the memory card option gets disappears.
Can anyone help me?

Speed is good
Negative Things
Screen clarity is OK
If u insert the memory card, the device doesn't read it. U need to install the external memory card application to read the card. i have using the "SanDisk Memory Zone" application for it.
Totally Good product. Don't hestiate to buy it

minnie, 06 Dec 2013I cannot save music,videos,and photos on the micro sdcard o... morei got the same problem as you. my solutin is connect the phone to pc with usb debuging. its the only way that you can transfer data to micro sd.its manual......
