i am using ASUS ME371MG since 06/2013, now sd card slot not detecting my my external micro chip, i went to a service centre at Kolkata, they took a diagnosis charge Rs.250 and declared in written that i have to replace my mother board which costs 9400/-. I do not understand why they are not replacing the slot. now by 9400/- i can buy a new phone of same is possible. ASUS drawback found.

Absolutely no problems with this. Been a fun device from teh start. I've cracked the screen several months before (definitely, my bad) and again, and again. Geez! But am still using it now. Fell several times already, back metal plate flew off but when I placed it back on, still works! Though there may be some lapses in the tactile area due to the many cracks. But still this is one tough dude! Perfect for the versatile (physical) multitasker!

Mine was dropped from the top of cupboard. Its backcover was squeezed open on th corner but fantastic no screen crack. I pushed it back by thumb and it returned as it was before. It is a tough device even not a fast one. Need a bit patient browsing. Other then this is fine.

While using Facebook and what's up my asus phonepad 7 in screen right edge letters are missing why? Any body having problem s like this pls tellme the remedies.

It is a Good and Quality device... I already own it for 2 years and still fully working, no lagging, no hang and screen still sensitive like new one... It was the best phablet (Phone + Tablet) in it's Price Range...

I recall this happen before my Fonepad is dead.
Whenever I open Google Play, the "unfortunately Google play has stopped" message will pop up.
It won't work even after I clear all the update and cache for Google Play.
Even after I perform factory reset, the problem gone away for minutes, but come back after Google Play auto update.
There are other weird symptom like Micro SD card auto unmounted, auto restart.
I advise you better send the tablet to service center for inspection.
I got an exchanged for new unit, and it is working until now without any issue. The tablet now is installed with the latest Google Play

My fonepad 7 reboots itself too often and this drains the battery. I hv plenty trouble waking the device as it would then reboot. Help, someone?
