Because it provides 1Amp of output. You may buy other charger having higher output from local market(e.g 1.5Amp, 2Amp, 3.1Amp) but, remember they are considered risky to use. Overcharging with these chargers may lead to severe consequences to ur battery n fone as well. Hence, as per recent trends, asus is already providing a decent charger.

Love this tablet, very smooth..! The only issue, is only heat up when you are playing heavy games, but the rest are fine...

I love this product, but it is a little bit slower when updated to Kitkat. I am a user in South Africa and I can't seem to find any of its case cover.
Can anybody help tell me where I can find one?

i have a set of asus foneoad 7 ,based on the user guide, the battery should charged 8 hours before usin.however,i have charge my new set for about 3 hours, the phone indicated the battery is chargde,should i continue to charge for another 4 hours. thanks & regard.
