Apps installtion from Google play is getting hang for some time and later it is downloading fine
Not able to play some of the videos from the youtube

screen built with zero common sense ,
becomes scrap once the screen cracks ,
and asus service center will charge almost same price as new device

During the lifetime I've owned this tablet I've experienced a period (2 weeks approximately) when the tablet refuse to power on. Early this year there were times when the device couldn't detect a wireless signal. Other than that, the tablet is running smoothly.

This is the poorest product and customer service experience I have ever had. I purchased two tablets 13 months ago for my two boys Christmas presents. They have both been sent back for repair with the same fault (problem turning the tablet on and freezing) The hassle I had in trying to return the product was unbelievable. We have had them back for 3 months and one of them has now got the same fault. This time Asus have refused to repair as the tablet is a month out of warranty, despite it being the same fault. I have repeatedly requested from the idiot in customer service the contact details of the customer service director but they have refused. I would strongly recommend AGAINST purchasing this product
