Nexus 7 has a lot of problem in Kitkat.
1. When i try to add widgets to home screen there on the top is written ((app info)). Then i throw that widget up and get back to home i see the ((app info)) on search bar.
2.i plugged my headphone and rise the volume up.then i again try to control volume.the volume was not rising or going down.

AnonD-22168, 25 Nov 2013Yes it is working but it is nor downloading showing waiting... moreIn my tab, It was only showing that downloading update of 182 Mb but the progress of downloading 4.4 update was not showing but after few minutes it suddenly pop up that your device will restart in 10 seconds then new update was installed after restart of tab. If still it is not working then please try to connect the tab to wifi which is having good internet bandwidth

Those who didn't get Android Version 4.4 Kitkat update on their Nexus 7 can try this thing. Goto "Settings" then "Apps" Then click on "All" then goto "Google Framework Services" then click on "Clear Data" and Click on"Force Stop". Now goto "About Tablet" from "Settings" and click on "System Updates" and press on "Check now" button. You might get newer version. I got it with this trick.

Hello All, if you didnt got the kitkat update then you can try this trick.. goto settings then goto google framework servicethen click on clear data and force stop and again goto software update and then check for latest update. You might get nee version notification. This trick worked for me. You can give it a try. Thanks

Just today morning received kitkat 4.4 update of 181mb.. as of now didnt notice any major changes but its faster than before.. and from india.. battery has improved quite a bit and build no is KRT16S

Let me tell u guys that official kitkat update is not yet, out in the market. Not in India, neither in rest of the world. OS updates for android come at once all around the world.

vikki, 18 Nov 2013do anybody got update for kitkat in India?Got my nexus 7 updated to kitkat in India about 3 days ago. No official update is released but factory image is provided by google itself. I updated it through the factory image.
