what is with all the complains.Android has a lot of third party suport a custom kernel for 4.1 will apear for more usb suport so don't complain to much 50 % of the users don't use the factory default firmware. if you want 3g speed use your phone as hotspot is easy and i do not need to get 3 simcards for each device i use

no sim card no problem, no ext sd no problem, but why only 8/16GB ? i hope its 16/32GB

Apart from price, the relevance of this tablet is what exactly? Stick with my Galaxy Tab 10.1. Yes, I have wi fi but need to be able to use my SIM on the move.

why would you want 3g? 90% of modern phones have wifi hotspot...

Wondering why no 3g and no card slot?, It's business. Putting 3g and card slot is not that expensive. The problem is, if they put it in this tab, it will be perfect, and who else will buy the other more expensive ASUS tablet? This tablet is very cheap for what it can offer. Stop complaining. If you dont want it, dont buy it.
