Hello guys, i have one, Asus Memo Pad Hd 7, and its model are, ME173X. 16 Gb, Back Camera 5Mb and 2 Mb in front.
Thats a nice device,fast, but it´s not a Asus Google Nexus. To play some games like Real racing 3, i thing it´s better to buy a Nexus, but the normal things, like a movie, music, eamils, its a powerfull tablet and very fast. Luis Lima PT

I don't know what happened but mine has become outright unresponsive altogether. it isn't a problem of charging, though that doesn't seem to work either, considering i was using the google chromecast with it and when i put it to sleep so that i didn't waste battery as i watched my show it didn't turn back on. i know for a fact that the battery was well above 30 percent so i know it didn't need to be charged. I've tried seeing if it was a charge issue and had it plugged into a normal house socket for the entire day and then i tried using the USB to plug it into my laptop to see if it would respond then but neither worked.

before u complain about how garbage this tab is shutting down and nnever charging on u, i have solution for u
same prob happened wouldnt charge after intensive use
then i went online and found that many ppl had the same problem
all u have to do is use a charger with not so hih amperage/voltage like a phone charger for a day or so
i used my bb torch 9810 charger and voila! by 5:00 pm it had the charging light on
works great even runs real racing 3
just get the graphics app on google play and set graphics to low

grunt, 14 Jan 2014USB otg: I have hooked up an adapter to the micro USB and ... moreJust found out why USB otg is not working (see yeoldescience video on YouTube): the microusb port does not supply power for your usb devices, if you use a cable or hub that supply the power they will work (Google it before you try, at your own risk).

I have hooked up an adapter to the micro USB and tried to connect a couple of thumb drives and portable USB drives (all stuff that worked with the 10 inch memo pad me310, but no sign of life or detection. Anybody knows if there is a hack to change that?

This is my first tablet, but it's not the first time that i own an Android device. I've had this tablet for almost 5 months and I'm very satisfied with its performance. The design is great, very light but with resistence. The performance of this device is incredible. Totally worth it!

Hi,dear friends.Asus must accept this bitter facts that nobody in it has responiblity!As long as the unique gsm doesn,t write review or comments about any brand,in my opinion specifications given spefecifications, unreliable!About Memo16 gb,it,s a tablet in high-low-end class with the avarage acceptable design,features,performance,no gsm,speed,edge,gprs,normal cameras flashless,good cpu,chipset:mediatek,browser+flash player to download ,non-removable batteries!The price in some selected market is about$130!The best usage of this unsupported tablet is gaming for childern between 8 to 12-not for the adults who have many expectations from a tablet!Asus in a spam mocking mail announced they had many games for the children!I wish asus had a strong public relations,a responsible boss answerable to the authorties and people!But alas that support is a mere dreams!As a man of law I have mails and documents that it has many decision makers that mock people!No upgrae and update!Sad to say 2 networkes support spams!!!?

I have problems using it`s youtube app...i cant watch any videos with it.the vidoes loads forever!!!the screen is not very responsive either,i have to touch it multiple times!..i hate it:(..does anyone have similar problems?..
