Hi
I am using P320 for the last 3 months, I have a bad feedback as this piece of instument have bad capability to capture the network and the battery life is very less as it die within 5-6 hours usage.

hey ppl i am planning to gt d phone, but not so sure about the reliability. does it hang a lot?is it very slow or just enough speed to run somewhat programs?is the audio quality good (not comparing to music phone of course )

Hey ppl,
phone supports SDHC, so do not worry abt the max memory card capacity it supports... it supports high density cards.. it can support 32GB or even more if it is available& if it is a sdhc.
* Make sure u ask for a MicroSD. (Telling micro is a must or u end up buying bigger one which wont fit)
*Then make sure u ask for SDHC.It means its a high density card.
I am using a 8gb class 2 card and is doing perfect..So do not worry abt max capacity, it supports any capacity SDHC card u throw at it...

Guys I have used this phone and eventually sold it as I switched to CDMA. But I fiddled around this device to a good extent. People who are unhappy over sluggishness should be little more considerate. Almost all PDAs are somewhat sluggish. Moreover, it is very cheap device. At this investment, it is certainly one of the best buys. If you want a fast device spend more on a PDA that has higher RAM to run hungry applications with a faster CPU.
About negative experiences, I was frustrated with poor battery life, insensitive touch screen at corners of the screen and very feeble ringing volume. I missed many calls even while I kept ringing volume to maximum possible. Other than that, phone has awesome looks, great value for money and a great personal information manager.

Hey,
I am the 8290 Guy (bought this for 8290 from ebay, thanks to their marketing budget. Here's my review:
1. Phone overall - 8/10 (at this price)
2. Wifi - 9/10 - works fine in my house
3. GPS - 6/10 - slow and no preloaded maps, had to download some free one's and they dont work
4. Battery - 9/10 - I downloaded random softwares initially and battery went for a toss. But then I did a hard reset (factory settings) and now its lasts for 2 days. Amazing for a PDA.
5. RAM - 5/10 - its slow, but then, its cheap!
6. Other - I suggest you buy a transcend 4GB card (it supports max 4GB, sometimes 8gb too), and watch movies. Its an amazing experience. Convert movies to WMV and small size (100mb) using Vio Mobile Convertor. Also, try playinh around using Pointui free software. It makes ur phone looks cool (specially if it is black). Download S2P for music and u have a cool phone at a cool price.
PS - Don't play arounf too much, its a comlicated device and the more you play around, the more are the chances of u going back to factory settings due to an error and losing all data.

i dont know how to change that, but a software called dr yar bluetooth manager can do it for sure from freewareppc.com

its simple to sms multiple recipients, type msg, then in the 'to' field, type the name u want to . if u type 'a' then all ur contacts with name starting from 'a' shall appear, u select the desired contect , .repeatedly in this way, u can add multiple recipients.
another way to do this is that u can download mobilemsg software from freewareppc.com and do that,...
