I was ready to buy asus padfon 2 but now I re thinking again.

All around the Padfone2 is good but still not no1. Unfortunatly Asus a bit stingy with the pad screen. If it has 1920 × 1200 Full HD Screen padfone 2 will be way on top of any phones & tablets available now. Than I will vote:95. 10 if the price is right.

Was so excited when my Padfone 2 arrived. But after that was met with disappointment. The Padfone 2 I've received is faulty. Taken out direct from a sealed package brand new ASUS Padfone 2. That makes me wonder how ASUS did their quality check.
Things get worser. Went to ASUS Service Center (Singapore) and asks for a one to one replacement but was turned down. The customer service representative informed that the don't do one to one replacement as they only have replacement parts. I further probe whether is there any way i could get a one to one replacement, repeated the same thing to me again - ASUS Service Centre don't do one to one replacement.
Ask me to send the phone in for repair instead. It is a new phone and I have every right as a paying customer to ask for a one to one replacement! Real bad experience and i guess ASUS Padfone2 will be my last ASUS product i'll buy. I'll consider using ASUS product again only if it comes free!

I use this phone one week and upgrade today to 4.1.1 over air, all is very good, my best device

I own this phone about a week.
The experience is nice and it now upgraded to JellyBean Officially.
The fluid User Experience and battery performance is very satisfied where I been used it one day without problem and need to recharge. Nice job Asus.

is the battery is non replaceable???i hear the battery is semi replaceable...it mean we can replace the battery but not as frequent as possible and can't do by our own...we need to go to the asus service center...if i'm wrong,correct me... :D

N im gonna letgo my s3 soon..the performance, display n sound quality of this padfone 2 r much better then s3..the best thing is the quality n clarity of its speaker sound..its display r better then iphone5 retina display coz its super ips+ compare to iphone retina display just using ips led display..which means padfone2 r using super retina display!! then if ur battery r drain u can use ur padfone station as a backup portable charger for ur padfone..if u use the padfone with its pad station u can choose if u wanna use its battery life from ur padfone or ur padstation..so ur battery will never be drain quickly..PADFONE 2, U R AWESOME!!

Dont ever buy from tht shop..rm2799 price 4 32gb padfone 2..but i buy direct from the dealer padfone 2 32gb for cheap price then i go to asus service center to check for its originally then i register the warranty for my padfone 2..seriously this new padfone 2 more powerfull then my galaxy s3..sory to say "goodbye s3" n hello! Padfone 2!! ;D

no doubt in terms of function padfone 1 has more. but i think this phone is already better than a lot of phone in the market.
