just back from low yat plaza...got a shop try to cheat me...the seller try to cheat to me,padfone 2 16gb with price of RM2799...and it taiwan version...lol...don't buy there...the shop is just infront of asus service center...

People who say you do not need replaceable battery are simply being naive to say the least. After 18 months batteries would keep less than 60% charge which is important for mobile devices. If you replace it yourself after 12 months, it is cheap, the new battery will have more capacity than the original one and thus extending the device life time.
I believe manufactures are removing user replaceable components from mobiles, tablets, laptops, to force people buy a new device every year. They cannot deny that battery will last longer because they would not offer warranty for battery more than a year.
It is time to EU to step in and take action.
Also SS memory is another issue. Prices are fixed and expansion slots are removed from new products.

WHY NO ENDURANCE RATINGS / BENCHMARKS?
The Galaxy S3, S2, S .. ETC are all mainstream and yet they don't even test the battery life/talk time/web surf time. I wonder why this device isn't treated fairly?

Please, before you ask, open your eyes.
