to all of you who have this phone, its default system launcher is chinese and you can't change it. the best option is to download the zenui launcher which is from the same manufacturer - asus, and your phone will work without any problems. just...

I bought this phones on march 2016 for RS.7900 i was just using for two months and then it gives problem all system change version into Chinese and also internet does not work by data sim only via wifi and also it says " China telecom Surfing 4g ****...

I believe I've figured out this one, as well. You were correct and it *is* all to do with Asus SmartLauncher. You'll notice there are two iterations of it running: one is for the English version, and the other is for the Chinese stuff when you swipe ...
