If you l... moreIf you have an unlimited budget, go for the classic version. something like 16/512.
If you're a budget person, go for the Tencent version.

If you live somewhere around South East Asia like Philippines, Malaysia,and Singapore, which one is better? Tencent version or Strix version? I, personally just hope English is available in this phone's system.

You can buy the china version of the Asus Rog Phone 3 which is the Tencent Version that has global rom pre installed However, I highly recommend you to buy the Classic or Strix Version of the Asus ROG phone 3 this is because it's much safer and if you have a budget you should go for the strix version.
The difference between Strix and the Classic version is just the chipset.
Strix is Snapdragon 865
Classic is Snapdragon 865+
Overall, it still perform at the finest performance and still works the same no matter what version you take.

Yes the audio is indeed the best ever! It has an amazing bass to it and it's loud as heck! There's even an "Outdoor Mode" which enchances you're volume so that it's suitable for outdoor usage.

Just buy the strix edition sir, it's more practical yet the phone functions almost the same.
My experience with rog phone 3 strix after coming from huawei p30 pro is good. I can say huawei is better in terms of optimizations, if not for the better hardware, rog phone 3 would have been lousy.
I would suggest you set the screen refresh rate to auto or else the phone's heat can really be felt and you will experience red tint on screen brightness at about 40% or less with 144hz rate while using certain apps like opera browser with night mode enabled in my opinion though this is an app issue because with the same brightness and 144hz refresh rate it doesn't happen while using mx player app on a dark theme, the charge limit should be set to 90%, and with the slow charging I'm not really sure if it's slow at all, maybe asus needs to fix it. Refrain from using the x mode if you're not using the aero active cool fan. Better buy a screen protector too, but the phone case that comes with it will suffice.
If only mate 40 pro + doesn't come with punch hole or notch and would have the same dual front facing speakers like the rog phone 3 and the screen refresh rate at 144hz, then I would stick with huawei. Their software optimizations is better than asus.

My experience on it is far than excellent. It has one issue (black crush) but it will disappear after some upcoming updates since its just a software issue. Over all it doesn't affect the gaming performance. I play genshin impact and other high end graphics games on the highest with 60fps so smooth. I recommend to have it if you're gamer.

Please help me. I have the resources to buy this phone. I'm planning to get the global version 12/512gb. I am located here in the Philippines.
what im worried about is the issues i have been seeing with this phone.
This is going to be my First ROG PHONE and i would like to asked what do i need to check after i buy the unit, because i only have 7days for them to replace my unit if there's any factory defect.
Give me some advise guys. Thank you!

On my Asus Rog 3 black crush issue detected and still I have 10 days replacement time available.. auto update not coming on and it's on tencent edition but on Global . It should remain on chinese .. what should I do .. can I make manual update to latest software ..and if I did will it effect on me or what I should do ..

Tencent version is for ASIA USERS i repeat ASIA, no it is not china rom it is global rom but it is suitable for ASIA it is like NFC,,, if you are from america, go global, if you are asian ph, malysia, indo china Tencent is for you
