I am coming from a Oneplus 6T and as OP is known for its super clean OS and snappy animations, I can confirm ROG UI feels pretty much the same as OP UI if not better.

I read a lot about the Asus Rog 5 issues i got no problem with most of it but the motherboard malfunction "phone dead after a few months without facing any dropping or any thing else" is what bothering me ,, i need from experts to advise me is this isolate case or its really a problem with this phone..

I’ve seen a lot of people talk about heating issues etc. I’ve also seen the durability test on this phone. There’s also past users who claim that the previous generation of ROG phones just died on them.
I’m currently considering to buy either the ROG 5 or the Red Magic 6. Which one do you think is better?
The people who already have the ROG5 here, would you buy it again if you had the chance or would you shift to something else?

Idk if this is me only but i touch the character to swap but sometimes it didnt swap. I had to touch so many timesss. I know its not connection probs because sometimes when i wanna touch the item to pick up, it didnt pick up. I think the touchsreen sensitivity is bad???? Am doing abyss and wanna switch char. I tap like 4/5 times. Sucks

So it seems there's alot of heating issues. Was thinking on getting one, would anyone think they'll fix the heating with a software update? Fix up sd888.
Alternatively could go for redmagic 6 with less heating issues.

I just noticed something: Despite having a fixed 144Hz HRR screen, this phone has about the same battery endurance rating as the Samsung Galaxy S21+ and S21 Ultra. If this phone has an adaptive HRR screen like the Samsung alongside that massive 6,000mAh battery, the battery endurance rating must be insane!
