I do not recommend Asus phones after locking the bootloader

Is this phone got LTPO or what?
It auto set to 1hz to 165hz like other flagship phone?

To whoever's reading this, this is the best gaming phone you can currently get at this time, this will change in the future as for sure, phones will continue to improve, but- don't let the negative comments about this phone affect your decision whether to buy this phone or not, they're just splitting hairs at this point.

Foxtrot2Novmbr, 07 Oct 2023There's a solution if you want to have more space. It&... moreMate, I'm paying 1K for a phone, it better have a charger for FREE. I ain't paying extra for a charger and neither should anyone else, no matter how cheap the aftermarket chargers are I.WON'T.PAY. So stop sucking the manufacturer thingamajigs and start listening, we are not humans for the manufacturers anymore, we're walking wallets with no brains according to them.
Also, counterintuitively, without having a charger (or the usb cable in some cases) the manufacturer isn't being "eCo-FrIeNdLy", they're just pushing that waste to the consumer. Always pushing aside the waste as all companies do and making the consumer responsible of their (the manufacturers') waste.

Farajo001, 04 Oct 2023Well I was just saying that the claims of "lAcK oF sPa... moreThere's a solution if you want to have more space. It's to increase the units size. Entering the level of 7 inch. But manufacturers won't do that because many people think their smartphone is too heavy.
Yes, we do replace battery back from the old days. But it always comes with a price. "NO IP RATING". And when there's no IP RATING. It means it can be damage either by dirt or water so easily. Which is why, that feature was removed!
Did you know you can buy chargers with lots of usb ports that can last for years? Especially if its a GaN charger. With 3 type C and 2 type A ports and has an output of 140w to 200w? If you think buying adapters will just contribute to more waste and cost. What about the adapters that were once included in the box? Especially if its a 5W to 20W charger? Isn't that a complete waste of resource and materials?

Foxtrot2Novmbr, 04 Oct 2023I have like dozens of charges ranging from 15W adapters to ... moreWell I was just saying that the claims of "lAcK oF sPaCe" and "wAtErPrOoFiNg" are the reasons why we can't have 3.5mm jacks, MicroSD and removable batteries fall tremendously short when you look back in history and see that with phones that were much smaller and had removable batteries we still have all of those, making them look like a bunch of liars.
Also, you might have tons of chargers but I don't, I have a Moto E5 Play and has Micro-USB. If tomorrow, for example, I decided to change for like a Sony Xperia 1 V or 5 V, I would have to shell out extra for a charger and a cable because the phone doesn't come with it because "eCoLoGy". And I'll have to sell my previous phone with the charger as well to cover the costs of the Xperia. And in the future, if I wanted to sell the Xperia to buy another new phone because the battery went bad, someone who buys it will ask me for a charger and I'll have to say no and tell them to buy theirs, contributing to more waste and more cost.
In essence, if you don't need a charger, then more power to you, but I do and I find it idiotic that I pay USD1000+ to have less features than a phone from 2014

You could say that the charger should only be available if the unit is a power hungry processors that may require 140W adapter.
Vivo X5 Max and galaxy S5 is a 2014 device. It's pretty much a useless phone nowadays since it wouldn't last. Plus the storage space isn't that great.

W... moreNevermind I got confused but this should be the standard for ALL flagship phones. And why not add having a charger in box and excellent repairability. And if anyone complains about physical space inside the phone, the Vivo X5 Max had MicroSDXC AND 3.5mm headphone jack, and for those who complain about waterproofing when we want easy to replace batteries, the Samsung Galaxy S5 had removable battery AND was still waterproof.
