Contacts and documents on Googe Drive (some are on OneDrive too).
And phone settings and rest of it is on Samsung account.
Whoever wants to steal my data can do so through my phone even if it's only on my SD card. Plus, I got nothing to hide, I'm not a terrorist or a criminal.

But still chance is a lot smaller than when your SD Card is being damaged.
If you arent lucky just one drop of your phone and your sd card can get broken.
I give up over the pictures but at least my contacts list is stored via Gmail.

Even for cloud storage data must been saved somewhere on some device.
Sone any electric or magnetic discharge for example from sun could and should damage cloud storage and you have no warranty for data stored there.

People will argue about agencies monitoring their cloud data, but it's not like they can't get to your SD card data trough your phone.
Free internet and unlimited cloud storage would definitley be awesome to have.

I can guarantee its just a puure prediction but in close future the internet will be free for all as the cloud storage or at least some portion of it.
With a touch phone noone should have problems to use its own cloud storage.
And with cloud storage you wont loose any data if your memory card gets broken because with cloud storage no memory card will be needed.

I am not making anything.
Theses companies wont care about what customers want but whats makes more money for less price.
Wireless makes more money for a less price to make and less materials to be used.
I am sorry it wasnt my decision i only agree with it.
For those who understands this new trend they know what to expect and for the rest i am sorry but i cant help.
As i said above we are just company which sells what siomeone else maked.
We not creating technology we only sell it.
And the price compared to cost of production is the only and all that matters.
For this blame fenician people who brought us money and divided people into ich and poor and created the sin known as greed for money.

Everybody became audiophiles when Beats was exposed to be a $40 headphone disguised as $300. Everybody is into AKG/Sennheiser/Beyerdynamic/Audio-Technica/V-Moda/Meze. No Bose, no Sony either. Screw your kind of capitalism, it's wrong.

Wireless is the future, same ... moreOnly and just for now. Next year dont expect jack on any flagship phone by Samsung and in next few year nor even midrangers but basic phones wont have it.
Just to make more money and reduce costs to make a device.
Maybe the jack is not costly but every little helps same goes for space in phone for something else or just make it thinner.

Wireless is the future, same as how they made batteries non removable. They basically forced it upon us.
Why? - to make more money.
Samsung played it smart though. Keeping the jack for long to have sales based on customers which find it as "must have" and then launching their first flagship not to have headphone jack alongside the S10 series which does have. So part of customers will probably buy S10+ instead of Note 10 that way. But they will still buy a Samsung phone.
Also notice that Samsung won't include 45W charger in Note10 box, but will sell it separatley. And will also include a dongle in the box, like Apple used to do...

Does the company you work at use wired fiber optics or a wireless satellite internet connection?
Unless ofc if its way out in the mountains then you can only go wireless.
The tech used to lessen interference in wireless connections is replaced with tech for better sound quality in wired earphones.
IMO wireless will never beat wired in quality and security, it only wins in convenience and flexibility.

Man rest you said is mostly truth but fact is and i said it before wireless is the future. People were forced to live with not removable batteries in their cell phones. Same goes for headphone jack and many else.
This future you dont like comming faster than you think.
Look at Samsung. Note 10 no jack S10 have jack but wireless earbuds inside.
So next year probbably there will be no jack and you all would be happy if they include earphones.
Theses companies are like Xiaomi and their K20 pro or Pocophone.
Reducing what they can but keeping or increasing the price.

You can copy mine too but that doesn't change the fact that wireless has still long way to go to catch wired. I have wireless and wired both. One is Sennheiser and the other is bose . And hands down wired wins.
Man in some rare cases wired beats wireless but as you may be aware of manufacturers wont listen and they erasing phone jack. So wired will go to history sooner than you think.
Like removable batteries and many else.
