if i need to talk i cant because i have a tablet, i dont like the tablets because are very expensives and i cant to make or recive calls, with the ipad only can make/recive calls from the people that have an iphone4/ipod4/ipad2 for this reason i prefer a smartphone

The specs would rock according to the price. If the price gets above €400 then the specs don't meet its price. Anyway tablets should be cheaper then smart phones we cant use tablets for calling and basic needs of a smart phone. Not everyone can carry it around.
