HELP!
I Bought my phone last saturday, it runs well...
but my problem is Music.
I downloaded a music in UC Browser and put it in External( MicroSD)(Cause 5.0 Privacy that cant put it whatever i want to)
I Played it in UC and fle manager it runs well... but my problem is,
why my music that i just downloaded isnt there at asus music, but there is in file manager and UC ?

this phone basically good, but just one thing i want to share with users here. all zenfone 2 series, here are some tips for its lens cover:
1) lens cover is very scratch-welcome. i suggest you to use phone casing to lift the camera from surface to avoid scratches.
2) lens cover is very sensitive to you fingerprint. make sure you wipe the lens using soft fabric, like the one you use to wipe your eye glasses. if you dont wipe it, you can see some degraded quality of the image.
3) laser focus wont work on tap to focus, it only works automatically.
4) if you happened to scratch your lens cover, you can find lens cover separately, i found one in aliexpress but i have not tried it because mine is still ok. keyword: ze500kl lens glass. it is very easy to disassemble the body, ofcourse, you will lose your warranty, so do this at your own risk.
5) for those who asking about the camera, the camera is very very good. selfie cam is also good, especially it has wide angle lens.

1.) battery of this phone ze500kl is very good even with 2400mah compared to zenfone 2 flagship. easily reach 2 days of battery life with moderate use.
2.) i dont have this problem, i bet this problem is a niche, which all brand have it, so you are the unlucky one
3.) i use hangout, the mobile doesnt hang.

Anonymous, 16 Aug 2016I can play pokemon but no gyro sensor.don't worry mate, gyro sensor is not compulsory for pokemon go. as long as you have 1gb+ ram, internet connection and gps signal, you should have no problem playing it.

AnonD-570076, 08 Aug 2016Hi, my son has this phone and pratically the whole 8giga is... moreif your zenfone is 8gb you will have some problem with marshmallow because the system take too much space and app2sd is disable on marshmallow so you cannot move app to sd card. consider downgrading to lollipop maybe? i can tell you not much difference between marshmallow and lollipop on this phone, and most i saw prefer lollipop because of less space used in internal memory and the ability to move app to sd card.

GSAKingPE, 12 Aug 2016I bought this phone in December and now it works horrible. ... moreevery major update such as 5.0 -> 6.0, i suggest you to backup your things and factory reset the phone. i dont have any problem after updating marshmallow on this phone.

You play pokemon w/out gyro and much better. AR mode has the tendency to make you look like a crazy coz you're spinning around looking all over the place for the pokémon.

My zenfone 2 laser500kl is verry smooth to marsmallow, camera is good outdoor or indoor,,in low light use the manual mode for skin tone and to reduce the noise and grany,, gps is good I can pokemon.
