Always a issue with software installed.If you are going to purchase this product then you have to rush the customer service centre on weekly basis. So friends better don't buy this product if you don't want to trouble yourself.

yes i m satisfied with this products... camera quality is good both front and back.in out door lighting condition back camera is very gud thanks to laser autofocus in low light camera is average dnt ecpect much more in this price tag.

Angel, 12 Jul 2016This is the worst mobile i have ever seen whnvr i tried to ... moreof course you have 3gb left because system already occupied those 5gb. 8gb internal means overall internal storage. dont buy 8gb internal if you are complaining much about free space, and its you fault not doing some research first. most preinstalled apps you can disable/uninstall so you dont need to update many apps. back camera like 4mp? it is better than your eyes!!

Hi, I am using this model more than 4 months. I really satisfied from it. I didn’t have problems with the GPS. I used most commonly Google Maps, IGo, Runkeeper and My Tracs.

Hey guys, I'm thinking on buy this model, but lately I've heard some news and searched some asus support forums too saying that the zenfone 2 laser models (such as this one) are having some serious issues with the GPS signal, today I had one ze601kl and during a road trip, using Waze app, the GPS signal was most of the time dead.
That's all what scares me, if I buy it and get 'stuck' on a hardware/firmware problem that hasn't been fixed yet by the tech support.
I would like to ask if anyone around here, that bought this model, could share the same experience about that issue, and if there's a fix for it (that I haven't found yet).
