I have ZE550KL with 2gb ram and 32gb rom. This phone is superb for it price. It cost only RM517 for great spec or 200USD if u other it online. Battery backup is totally good. Data never turn off but battery can last till night. Game performance is pretty good. Both sim support 4G LTE. but it has one problem touch is to sensitive.

Lollipop is good but to much bloatware make ur ram less 800mb. If u want to upgrade to MM i advice 1794 version. but MM make ur ram less 600-700mb even there are less apps pre-install. Overall its a nice phone

My double tap to turn on the screen is not working even the option in ZenMotion which is the double tap to awake is On. Already try to watch Videos from youtube to fix it.

HI My Mobile ZE550KL some times automatically restart and some times if the battery is 80+% automatically it will come down to 30 or 40% if i open some apps it will restart & if i open any video it will happen
Gys any solutions, if plz post the solutions or mail me

i use asus lazer550kl mobile , design is soo good, nice phone
but asus service centres are very bad service provided.

Asus calling application has introduced new faetures in version v2.05.22_170503
1) manage call log
2) delete call log
3) backup call log
4) send out call log
5) restore call log ( this will appear after backup call log )
5) smart caller icon ahs beeb minimized at the bottom of the screen

we can choose which sim to connect in 4G first or second sim.
I have checked many phones for this problems, in marshmallow this is the basic feature .
All manufacturers are advertising both the sims are 4G stand by ( please note , they not saying the truth , both sims are not connected together as 4G)
None of the mobile phone using both sim together in 4G connection in marshmallow

keep the battery for 10 minutes in sunlight , to get little heat
put the battery back to phone , switch on the phone
check the usb cable in computer or through charger
check the charger is working or not , take another charger which is 5V 1.35A or 5V 1A and put in phone , try to charge .
take to the battery to the nearest mobile shop , tell him the normal voltage of battery ,
if battery is working condition means , check the usb port of the phone.

Zudin, 22 Apr 2017Currently there is no problem but you may expect your phone... moreyes correct , only battery gets little drains fast .
I played heavy games like asphalt 8 airborne , with graphics settings , its get heat after finished playing
all the mobile gets heated while playing , because I does not thermal paste on motherboard.
I used 14 months without gone to service center.

tips for moving confidential photos, videos and documents.
1. open the file manager.
2. go down to hidden cabinet
3. choose four digits password, your choice.
4. enter double times.
5. setup account for password recovery , in case if you forgot.
6.choose email address. ok ok
7. choose any files and mark to secure , click on move to hidden cabinet.
8. now your files are secured in the root folder with password.

n 30th april 2017 , ASUS released new firmware update through FOTA for Indian customers.
offline update not available.
Only manual update through FOTA.
New firmware version 21.40.1220.2087_20170313 , it's around 540 MB.
This new update improves speed of opening Applications.
Note backup ( sygic maps folders and asphalt 8 airbone data folder)
Backup messages ., contacts to google server .
Check for manual update through FOTA . once you get update , install the update
After the successful update , do hard reset through recovery mode. Install the installed applications through play store as new.
As we know already , for doing clean installations and ways of hard reset.
This new firmware added many features in ASUS mobile manager as cleanup.
New firmware Does not removed any bloatwares.
I have already did hard reset and then I rebooted and configured as new device, and then I uninstalled some bloatwares and fonts, and then I updated all the built in applications through play store.
Battery backup is little bit improved then previous version (not etter than 1615 version )

today I played Real racing 3 and Asphalt 8 airborne.
Real racing 3 gets less heat than asphalt 8 airborne
Real racing 3 full game contains 1790MB of data
