1) have you updated latest patches and updates to all softwares , if not means , please update first
2) update latest system update
3) clear cache memory in all APPS in settings
4) don't run many applications at a time
5) clear ram memory
6) keep the cpu temperature cools
7) download and install only compatible applications according andriod os version

Guys I'm going to purchase this phone within a week but I'm confused whether to us this phone or not because some people are telling that it's front facing camera is very bad and even the rear camera. Guys can you please give me a good review about this camera by comparing to any phones front facing camera. Thanks in advance 😊

Second repair in 2 months. The microphone is dead without any damage.
Asus has a poor costumer service and it does not listen to costumers.
This is a week product for the money they ask, other options available on the market, please consider.
Still waiting for my 3 months old phone and sencond! repair to the same problem.

3.click FACTORY DATA RESET
4.click RESET DEVICE
5.type 4 digit no as provided
6.click ERASE EVERYTHING
