Asus Zenfone 2 Laser, 19 Mar 2017RAJU why so many users complaining about there ZE550KL afte... moreI updated my Zenfone 2 laser with Marshmallow.. No problem so far.. The battery drain is normal if you use your phone heavily. My phone easily can last two days without charge with Marshmallow. So, if phone start draining quickly just change the battery it was not expensive though..

****BIG PROBLEM****
In some region zenfone laser2 not supporting JIO 4G service or not getting JIO4G SIGNAL BAR because network band 850mhz (provided by JIO NETWORK using other companies tower which provides 850mhz band) signal cannot properly catch by Asus zenfone laser 2.But other brand devices such as MOTOROLA,XIAOMI,OPPO,VIVO can catch the signal of 850mhz band and the users fully enjoying the JIO4G service.Infact 1800mhz & 2300mhz signals are not properly caught by this ASUS ZENFONE LASER 2.Therefore it shows low signal.It's irritating.

I updated 1998 . volte supported ..but when 4g data is on and I receive call on 2nd sim slot then internet diconnected ..this doesn't happen on my yu yunique device which is LTE HD supprted. Why this is so. In laser

AnonD-494664, 18 Mar 2017I got problem in 1877 , so downgraded to 1794 and then... moreit seems that im gonna have to bring my phone to a service center...ive done everything you suggested but my problem still exists...1.) rebooting in load screen again and gain, 2.) E:can't open/asdf/recovery/last_log still exists when doing factory reset and clear cache partition in recovery mode and 3.) i cant install previous MM firmware like 1877 and 1794. But anyway, i appreciated your help.

its not solved means , go to service center

AnonD-653095, 18 Mar 2017i've done what you said sir...ive installed the latest firm... morei have received same error message , but i solved myself ,
i installed previous version and then i installed updated version
then i did factory reset .
then i installed same version , and i did factory reset ,
and then i booted in normal mode , and then i wiped cache partition in recovery mode.
that's all , problems are solved .
i don't know , whether same steps will solve your problems ,
try once
