i got 1 prblm in my asus zenfone 2 laser mbl dual sim prblm when connceted 1st sim to net suddenly that is offed and agai connected net 2nd sim this will be off den 1 st sim automatically start.. Plz give me solution

Second the hardware is not conformed for the phone yet wait for sometime and follow gsmarena.com as well as YouTube for hands on,performance,gaming and pros ans cons of the device then get ready yourself to purchase otherwise you will loose your hard earned money....

my review about this update is
>Call quality improved a bit than earlier
>signal strength and internet speed also improved
>camera quality a bit decreased and the photos have noticeable amount of noise still
>battery for me only i am saying at 11:00pm it is 100% at morning 7:00am it is 96% for my optimizations done to my phone
>Don't update unnecessary apps in the phone it creates lot of problems in the performance of the phone
don't go to service center for every minor issue they treat the phone with their own assumptions like they change the hardware for software issue "KEEP THIS POINT IN MIND" and you asked what to do? do this update WW_1.16.40.7639_20151201 (315.21 MB) to your phone once let us see this update solve the volume problems in your phone
and kindly try to raise your phone volume to the max at settings also in the audio wizard app while checking volume after updated your phone.....Thanks

Last week i have formatted my set as you told earlier as other end receiver were telling voice break. Currently set is in build No. WW_1.15.40.639_20151029, strange my last update to this has solved the poor ring volume but after doing factory data reset the ring volume has reduced to that of stock build no. volume level.
Kindly suggest whether i should go to the service centre.

It is just my opinion and also warning to consider but not necessary to follow if who don't like it
The problem with asus zenfone 2 laser is charging time from 0 to 100% it took about 3 hours and it has 3000 mAh when we compare it with asus zenfone max which have massive 5000 mAh the charging time may increase more than 1 or 11/2 hour unless they give fast charger or at least the phone has fast charging function enable.........
but in gsmarena.com when i compared the both phones the same processor they used in their later release i.e., asus zenfone max so no fast charging it is proved up-to now as per available information
so my dear friends the big battery took heavy time to charge completely do your research before you buy other wise you will face problems

1.Go to settings->more->cellular networks
2. Select Network Operators
3. Choose sim card slot->network operators->Search networks
4.Choose SMART 3G or Sun 3g
Make sure your Prefered network type is in 2g/3g/4g

K3 note is very bad ,,,its touchscreen is so bad ,,,hanging problem in it ,,,, and also heating issue in it ..... So just go for zenfone max with 5000 mah battery power and snapdragon processor .... I hardly recommended u zenfone max ....
