Whether updating at service centre is more helpful than that of update through air downloaded. Because other brand service centre people have same opinion. I have also seen the volume of the update is more than GB whereas in air its around 350 MBs.

This is the great phone(2GB RAM)... all features are great..battery life,performances, display, design and etc.. only have one con, it doesn't support quick charge.. but that's seems pretty okay with me.. thanks ASUS....

Hello guys!!! Can you Pleaseeeeeeeeeee halp me on my zenfone 2 laser???? i Cant seem to make or take calls using my phone... whenever there is a call i CANT SWIPE to accept calls... and when i try to make calls i will just hear one beep sound... i bought this mobile asus zenfone2 laser 550kl im faceing some problems games and wifi not working sim signals some more problems guys don't take this mobile

Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL
This phone is really awesome. Bit heavy but not bulky. Design is also good. You have to use silicon case or some rubber case, its bit slippery in hand. No heating problem. No lags.
Battery
3000mah is more than enough, it lasts for 36 hrs of continuous travel,
with the usage of 1 hour of talking,
listening music using Bluetooth for about 13 hrs,
playing games for about 30 mins,
chatting and surfing more than 4 hrs
after all these usage still i got 30% remaining battery.
Audio
Listening music through good headset is awesome, (headset not included in the box)
ring volume is bit low, but ok
camera
Its average, out door shooting are good, but i dont feel it as 13mp,
front camera is good for selfie, it enhances the photo.
taking video is good, even on the run
User Interface
Better and the best, so friendly
Display and touch
very smooth to touch
display is good even in bright sunlight.
wifi & net connectivity
Both in wifi and data, its really super fast
Charging
Its taking almost 4-5 hrs to get fully charged
Gaming
no lags on playing big games like asphalt, relic run etc
Storage
It comes with 16GB, hope its enough
cons
No NFC
ear piece volume is bit high even the volume level it at 1, people around you can listen to it.
Without silicon case its slippery

Make sure your battery has atleast 60% or more since it takes up quite some time with large updates like this. Leave your phone, let it update, don't use or press anything while its being updated. When the update is done. Your phone should restart and you're done with the update. ENJOY!

now you can re-arrange the modes in camera and I don't have any WiFi that's why I downloaded it from the mobile data (sim=uninor) I think you may know about uninor signal it took 6 hrs for me to download after that also Downloaded & updated some apps.I am waiting for Marshmallow but I think asus have to workout even more for camera quality still there are some noise issues in image quality and also video quality also.I hope they solve this in their future updates.

Not saying zenfone 2 laser isn't a good preforming phone but when compared with the meizu m2 note and yureka plus side by side then the zenfone significantly falls behind because of its bit low preforming chip set(snapdragon 410). So if you're thinking to buy then I'd suggest you to buy either meizu m2 note, my first pick or the you yureka plus both these phones has better camera than the zenfone 2 laser!! You won't regret

Although there are very minor glitches, some call clarity issue that other end receiver unable to hear after 2 minutes once the call is on....
