As you said if update was not completely done. Then you have a option to update manually. Download firmware from Asus website and update it. If you have latest version of is then mobile won't detect the update. So in this case you have to copy downloaded file in SD card.
1. Turn off the mobile.
2. Press power button + volume down Key.
3. After Asus logo appears release power button.
4. Now you can see some options .
5.select install update from SD card.
If you find any difficulties better visit your nearest servicing center.
Ask them not to open the device. Of they open the device you are not eligible for replacement from flipkart

But camera is decent enough to take pictures, only you need is steady hands and patience. You have to take same snaps for more no. Of times. But once you get used to it then you can take amazing pictures.
In day light go with auto mode
In artificial light go with manual mode
For closer objects go with depth of field
In low light for closer objects go with depth of field again and longer shots try to focus manually that is by tapping on screen. Wait until it focus properly that you need to get green color box (focus).
In very low light conditions you can use night mode.
In any environment focusing and steady hands are key factors to take decent pictures.

I am using this phone for 2 weeks,on monday I download some app and theme from play store with 2g data,my phone head up alot and shutdown,i took out the battery.When it cool down i put the battery back to the phone without switch on the phone is head up again.I took out the battery for one day and one night it become normal again,but yesterday i try to play some song and vedio on my phone there is no sound,even with earphone.All the sound in this phone is disable.I think my phone is update automatically,so I'am thinking that update is no finish,thus this can cause sound problem,can you please help me
