My jio 4g data services are runn... moreGo to dual simcard settings then change the preferred voice call and preferred sms messages for jio 4G..then make sure install jio4G voice app in playstore . then go to my jio app sign in after come back for jio4G voice app then try to make call from your device for jio sim.....just try this..

AnonD-583637, 15 Sep 2016Of course it support....my device is working properlyHow can i use Jio calling. My jio 4g data services are running good.., but i cant make free calls from mi jio...n there is no option of LTE in sim or data services setting :(

EBIN P POULOSE, 14 Sep 2016insert jio sim in second port of the phone both ports are 4... moreNo friend..i already tried it that.asus this model (ze550kl) first sim slot only accepting 4G enhance lte.
No worries now its working properly.

signal received on 7/9/16.
televerific... moreMy jio sim is activated yesterday morning. afterthat i was using data and voice call.so then in the evening time that jio network signal is gone..then i just tried to checked in manual networks for take it out.but its not come.then i restarted my phone after signal is coming for 10 to 15 seconds only afterthat it ll be gone automatically.i dont know why.
anyone getting this issue please give me solution.?????!!!!!

Thats all
then go and check in mobile network settings it ll show Enhanced 4G LTE mode...just try it

MAx, 13 Sep 2016I too Faced the same issue.. did you get any solution for m... moremy phone is at service center, they said this is a software issue due to system upgrade, they will downgrade and replace sub board if any fault on that and suggest not to upgrade..what about you?

I dont know why Asus is not rolling out 4g volte support for ze550kl.

Today I was shocked after checked my fiiend mobile phone same model and same variant , he told to me he was updated marshmallow 6.0 last eeek by fota ,after update , his mobile was hanging very much , so i checked his mobile throughly and i also conformed he had issues with mobile .
i tried th following solutions to rectify it
SOLUTIONS
1) i tried to do wipe cache partition , but it failed , i received error messages , unable to format with long error messages
2) i tried to do hardware reeset , but it filaed , i received error messages , unable to format with long error messages .
REASONS
1) his mobile system reserved space is 5.32GB
CONCLUSION
2) he updated corrupted os , so his mobile got much hanging
any body having same issues , if yes means , tell your mobile system reserved os space .
